To be fair it was not the food. It is I asked and paid for chilli sauce and did not get any.Previous time I ordered Diet Coke and received Coke. I know staff are busy but if they took a few seconds longer to get the order right then I would not have had this experience more than once.

Tasteless cold disgusting 🤢

Pizza was tasteless cheap ingredients. Got order wrong the first time sent a cheese pizza insted of a meat feast . told us to keep that pizza and would send the proper one to us . both pizzas got put in the bin wast of money will not be back

Food was cold

We had a few issues. All our food was not hot (we didn't moan) but it was not brought in a thermal bag. We were missing part of our order and for some reason our chips in our supper was covered in cheese. They promptly sent our our missing order which was good but again for some reason the chips in the supper was covered in cheese. I used to use superbowl loads but this put me off

Chicken was slightly pink in the middle and think they delivered half the oil out the fryer.

I usually get a delivery from this place and the last few times I had one it has been cold I dont know if the drivers use a hot bag but I will not be ordering again.

Chips tasted like they were recooked, didnt follow special instruction asked for my fish to cooked a bit longer and got it with the batter yellow n greasy not golden brown. Im a very fussy person with food.

Very bland, tastless meal, two dishes, neither was good.

Kebab meat taste less, most of it went in bin

Kebabs were overcooked and the staff were rude. Not impressed with the quality this time at all. Chips were good.

I have used this takeaway as my favourite go to chip shop for quite sometime now. The special fish suppers used to be golden brown, and freshly made, but on the last three/four occasions, they have either been reheats or left in the fryer far too long, so they look and taste abysmal.Very sad indeed!!

Keep getting order wrong. Pay for king end up getting normal. Takes over an hour to sent king and arrives cold. Poor service

Ordered a pizza, I now have food poisoning so thank you super bowl.

Made an order at 4:20 for a king kebab and kids pizza meal. The order came and they sent a small kebab with clearly yesterdays Donner meat it was hard and chewy.The kids pizza was rock solid they gave us 1 tiny slice and the chips were disgusting. We phoned up and they said they would send something else out. The king kebab did come and the Donner meat was much better. Clearly fresh and they sent out another kids meal too and the olpozza and chips were clearly fresh too.It shouldnt have been like that at all. Order should be cooked right first time round. I wont be back

Over an hour late. Order was a forgotten about until we phoned. Order placed 5.25 for 6.10 delivery delivered at 7.15

Was looking forward to trying the kebab from here but it was terrible

I bought a white pudding supper and the white pudding was so hard i could not eat it allso tasted funny the chips where soggy as well will never buy from them again hole lot went in the bin

Food was 30 mins late despite phoning and being told it would be with me in a couple of minutes and when arrived it was cold!!!!On top of that i pre ordered 2hours in advance so if cant get 2 meals out with 2 hours notice then sorry but not for me.Ordered another 2 meals elsewhere and came prompt and piping hot.

Order was confirmed for collection at 4:20pm but their ovens weren't hot enough to cook it for that time. Complained as I was in a rush hence order for specific. Pizza was clearly rushed as a result as the dough was spongey and undercooked
