A quarter pounder cheeseburger cheese not melted no salt on chips u lot should be embarrassed for this no way I'm using this takeaway ever again 😡

I give them a lot of business, but chips have become second rate. Varying degrees in size, and soggy re-heats.

When the delivery arrived the meal was cold although edible but not there normal meal

I usually have no complaints, but this time round, the fish supper was burnt to hell, and the chips were soggy as hell.

Don't know how long the food had sat in the cardboard boxes and paper bag, the minute it was delivered could feel everything was soggy. Food was stuck to boxed and falling through soggy holes made from sauces and the food. Calzone was made with tomato sauce and dry kebab meat don't know where the onions or spicy onions were meant to be

Paid an extra £1 for cheese, yet not a single shred and someone who answered the phone with a bad attitude

I've had my fair share of meals from this site, and always gave them full marks, but I did not want a fish supper that was a burnt offering, due to being a reheat. They have lost valuable custom from me.
