We realised that this happened due to one of my staff members putting it in the freezer to prevent the ice cream from melting but it ended ended up frozen. We are deeply sorry for this unpleasant experience; but, given that you have ordered numerous times without experiencing this type of reaction, we are perplexed as to why this has occurred. You mentioned over the phone that have the ingredients changed. Our syrups are bought by us from the company, and any modifications to the syrups would be communicated to us and informed, as this is a great health hazard, which we always take seriously, and Im 100% sure the company does too. Therefore, there is no changes to the syrups

Hi Deborah thank you for taking the time to leave negative feed back firstly I would like to say your ordered a banofee crepe which comes with 2 freshly made crepes and banana slices and toffee sauce at £6.50 and you get a small tub of ( free ) ice cream and you ordered a galaxy caramel milkshake with cream not a banana milkshake 😕

Hi Megan we are sorry your delivery took a lot longer than expected we were extremely busy and all deliveries are sent out as order as they arrive . I dont understand how the tango blast could have melted as they are made just as they leave the shop You could maybe just collect in future if you only stay 5 mins away thanks for taking the time to leave a review 😊

Hi, I dont understand how a expensive item could be missing from your order everything is bagged and double checked by staff to ensure everything is there. If a item is missing you call the shop immediately not leave negative reviews. As the shop did not receive any call from you !

Hi sorry but if items were missing from your order ? you could have called the shop and we would have happily replaced them.but after checking with staff all your items were packed and delivered
