You left a review on Google and now also here, seems to your just out to get waffle had plenty of sauce if you want extra, pay extra we have this option for a reason. As for your nachos it clearly states on the menu we use mixed grated cheese. Again we cant please everyone !

Took 2 and half hours to arrive, brownies were cold and did not taste like biscoffe was just like there was crumbs on it, ice cream was completely melted. Very unfortunate as anytime I have ordered everything has been great, Rest of the delivery was fine.

I managed to eat the ice cream of the double nugget but the nuggets was rock hard couldn't bite into them sticky toffee pudding was good also the tub of ice cream

We realised that this happened due to one of my staff members putting it in the freezer to prevent the ice cream from melting but it ended ended up frozen. Had an allergic reaction to tango ice blast , tried calling staff to advise but apparently not heard. My face and lips are swollen my throat is swollen and painful. Not happy at all tonight disappointed ☹

We are deeply sorry for this unpleasant experience; but, given that you have ordered numerous times without experiencing this type of reaction, we are perplexed as to why this has occurred. You mentioned over the phone that have the ingredients changed. Our syrups are bought by us from the company, and any modifications to the syrups would be communicated to us and informed, as this is a great health hazard, which we always take seriously, and Im 100% sure the company does too. Therefore, there is no changes to the syrups

Well I ordered crepes with banana and caramel what arrived was a joke !! At my expense £9:50 for 2 greasy pancakes with a little caramel sauce and a random banana chopped over it ! Oh yes and a tiny tub of ice cream . The banana milk shake was ok but how hard is it to make a bloody milkshake . Waste of £15.00 .AVOID NO PRESENTATION RIP OF BIG TIME

Hi Deborah thank you for taking the time to leave negative feed back firstly I would like to say your ordered a banofee crepe which comes with 2 freshly made crepes and banana slices and toffee sauce at £6.50 and you get a small tub of ( free ) ice cream and you ordered a galaxy caramel milkshake with cream not a banana milkshake 😕

While tasty, an expensive item was missing from our order, which we had paid for thinking it was in one of the bags given to us. So check your orders.

Hi, I dont understand how a expensive item could be missing from your order everything is bagged and double checked by staff to ensure everything is there. If a item is missing you call the shop immediately not leave negative reviews. As the shop did not receive any call from you !

the desserts were absolutely lovely, all tasted amazing but for what youre paying for the cookie dough (4.95) and the churros (5.65) there wasnt much there, for the cookie dough it was basically two small cookies warmed and then with sauce on, it was abit disappointing aswell as the size of the churros were quite small, the waffle was amazing as was the iceblast but the portion size for the cookie dough and churros were quite shocking . overall amazing desserts

Ordered food at 8.18pm didnt arrive until 10.55. Ordered ice blast arrived in an ice blast cup with slush puppy inside paid for ice blast not a slush puppy, churros were cold and didnt taste good at all, ice cream almost all melted and the crepe was soggy. Will never order from here again also the shop had reufsed a refund

Hi Gillian firstly I would like to say your order was placed at 21:18 and your delivery time given was 90 minutes as we were extremely busy , you called the shop asking about your order I updated you over the phone , your order was delivered at 22:35 . You came into the shop the next day asking for a full refund brought back food that was half eaten well the crepe couldnt have been that soggy as there was nothing left in the box you brought back ! You was given a (REFUND) so I dont understand why you have the need to Lie on this review and as for ordering again our shop will not be accepting orders from you again

The portion sizes are very small, considering you pay £5 offs, you basically get a cookie that you could buy from the shop

Hi,thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I did speak to you over the phone when you called the shop,and I explained to you we freshly bake 2 cookie pucks and you get the sauce and topping of cookie ordered plus free small tub of ice cream for £4:95 its a desert not a full meal 😊
