the desserts were absolutely lovely, all tasted amazing but for what youre paying for the cookie dough (4.95) and the churros (5.65) there wasnt much there, for the cookie dough it was basically two small cookies warmed and then with sauce on, it was abit disappointing aswell as the size of the churros were quite small, the waffle was amazing as was the iceblast but the portion size for the cookie dough and churros were quite shocking . overall amazing desserts

Ordered food at 8.18pm didnt arrive until 10.55. Ordered ice blast arrived in an ice blast cup with slush puppy inside paid for ice blast not a slush puppy, churros were cold and didnt taste good at all, ice cream almost all melted and the crepe was soggy. Will never order from here again also the shop had reufsed a refund

Hi Gillian firstly I would like to say your order was placed at 21:18 and your delivery time given was 90 minutes as we were extremely busy , you called the shop asking about your order I updated you over the phone , your order was delivered at 22:35 . You came into the shop the next day asking for a full refund brought back food that was half eaten well the crepe couldnt have been that soggy as there was nothing left in the box you brought back ! You was given a (REFUND) so I dont understand why you have the need to Lie on this review and as for ordering again our shop will not be accepting orders from you again

The portion sizes are very small, considering you pay £5 offs, you basically get a cookie that you could buy from the shop

Hi,thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I did speak to you over the phone when you called the shop,and I explained to you we freshly bake 2 cookie pucks and you get the sauce and topping of cookie ordered plus free small tub of ice cream for £4:95 its a desert not a full meal 😊

Hi sorry your delivery was late ! The waffles are freshly baked in the shop as order and you didn't even order a hot dog so why would there be onions unless you wanted onions on your waffle or your milkshake?

First time using Sweetway To Heaven via Scoffable and extremely keen to support local businesses. This negative review is not about the time taken to deliver, but is instead added to highlight the wholly misleading estimated delivery time. We have no issues with a lengthy wait - we just have a reasonable expectation that Vendors will be honest and reasonable in the timescales they provide when orders are made. 7.33pm - Order made online and accepted. Delivery time estimated to be 50 minutes later (should be 8.23pm).8.23pm - No sign of delivery. 8.49pm - Phoned Vendor to enquire how order was coming along. Vendor advised that 3 orders in front and only 1 Driver working. 9.41pm - Delivery arrived. Ice cream good.

Hi first of all I would like to say that your order was just about to leave the shop but you arrived in the shop. shoving your phone in staffs face asking them if this order had left with the scoffable app on your screen when I then my self the manager asked you which order it was you then got aggressive and wanted to cancel the order and demanded your money back I then told you that you ordered online and that you would have to go online and get your refund from scoffable . And yet still you wanted your money back then another member of staff kindly told you that you need to do it through scoffable and your reply then was Im going to leave a bad review . We take pride in serving our customers to the best satisfaction and all orders are prepared and sent out as they come in by order

I have ordered wafle and cheesecake, and paid by card,after 1,5 hour of waiting only wafle was delivered. When called Shop They said they run out of cheesecake I picked. I asked what is happening with payment as I already paid for cheesecake. They offered to send me different flavour to which I agreed but delivery never arrived that evening, no call from them and no refund !!!

Hi, we are sorry that your order was late but we were extremely busy and we did call you to inform you that the cheese cake you wanted were sold out but there was no answer and due to allergies I could not send out any other cheese cake without speaking to you and once you did call the shop we did send out another cheese cake plus extra ice cream.
