I ordered a dessert from sweets and treats in Abronhill , the churros were soggy I couldnt even eat them and the cheese cake was completely frozen. Contacted the shop to make them aware and the customer service was shocking. Told me to get in touch with scoffible as thats who I ordered though so I did. They then replied staying they contracted sweets and treats and they are unwilling to offer reimbursement. Called back the shop who were really cheeky , they would not listen to me and my complaint and told me numerous times they will not refund and hung up on meI would advise to avoid this place as they will take your money and are unwilling to deal with customer complaints

Ordered 3 (hot) choc fudge brownies but all 3 were cold

Waited over 2 hrs for my order. Driver went to Kirkintilloch before delivering in Condorrat which resulted in slushes being melted. Not acceptable when priced at £4 a drink.

Over 2 hours late and customerservice on the phone was down right rude

2 hours for delivery. Freezing cold food.

Food an hour and a half late , ice cream melted

Ordered at 22:11pm, with the shop shutting at 22:30pm, yet we did not receive our order until after midnight!!!The order was then also wrong as only had 1 cookie dough after paying for 2! Shocking to make someone wait 2 hours, especially at that time. Who wants something delivered after midnight!! We would have cancelled our order but the shop was closed!!
