We realised that this happened due to one of my staff members putting it in the freezer to prevent the ice cream from melting but it ended ended up frozen. You mentioned over the phone that have the ingredients changed. Our syrups are bought by us from the company, and any modifications to the syrups would be communicated to us and informed, as this is a great health hazard, which we always take seriously, and Im 100% sure the company does too. Therefore, there is no changes to the syrups
