Food good quick delivery

The chow main was very good and the sauce that came with it

Ordered food for 7 people at 5.30pm and estimated delivery was 40 mins. Over an hour later, still no food had been delivered. Called to be told by that the order was with the driver and would be about 20 minutes. At 7pm still no order, so called again to be told that it was definitely on the way. Eventually food arrived at 7.20pm (1 hour 50mins after ordering) only to be missing a box meal. Called again and was told they would send it down to us. A few minutes later they called me back to tell me it was with the driver and would be at my house very soon. At 7.50pm there was still no sign of the meal and we had ended up splitting what had already been delivered between everyone so nobody was still sitting hungry waiting on their food. I called the shop to tell them that it still had not arrived and requested a refund for the missing meal. I was point blank told, "NO!" They were insistant that the food was being sent to us and refused to listen when I said it was too late. The Driver arrived at 8pm. (2.5hrs from placing the order.) I understand that at busy times deliveries will run slightly late and that mistakes can happen, however in this instance the customer service was shocking and they should not have been taking on orders if they were too busy to fulfill them within a reasonable timeframe.

Salt and pepper chicken was tasteless/oily. Chow mein and rice were burnt 👎

Asked for no vegetables in my dish and it came full of them. Food was a bit bland and the satay sauce was tasteless. Wont order again. If you read reviews before placing an order Id encourage you to look elsewhere.

Always get taste king anyqays but doing it online even better when a cant get to a bank :)

I didnt like the taste of the chicken in the chicken in pineapple sauce so didnt eat it. The batter on the chicken balls was too salty for my tastes.

When our order arrived we were missing the chips and the sweet and sour sauce, we phoned the shop to ask for them to be sent down and couldn't understand what was happening, the person on the phone just started shouting, we could make out that apparently she had sent £2.20 down with the driver, why we dont know and there wasn't any money there anyway, then it sounded like she was saying she had sent extra chicken balls and wanted 2 back, there was only the right amount, ended up hanging up as she was shouting and we couldn't understand her, she phoned back and said driver was coming, he arrived with chips but no sauce, felt sorry for the guy so we left it at that, food was terrible, chicken balls were greasy, chow mein was over cooked, chicken soup was lumpy, so after that experience we definitely wouldn't order again

Delicious food, ready quickly, always excellent meals

Food was cold and not very tasty, it all tasted the same. Meat quality was poor as were the noodles. Sauces were very oily. Plus was told by the delivery driver I had to pay an extra £1.50 as where I stay is not classed as local?? Would not recommend!!

They refused to deliver the order driver said it was to far away
