The turbo chow mein was very tasteless and not what I would have expected.

I order my dinner every night, as i only eat certain foods, i order the same meal,,, but the last 2 nights the food has been absolutely disgusting,,1st night it was cold and sauce was just thick, and definitely was not fresh,,, ive asked repeatedly to make sure my food is warm and fresh....and last night i waited more than an hour and the food was just disgusting, so unfortunately i will NOT be ordering anymore......M.Dyer

Ordered a European meal , roast chicken with gravy which automatically comes with chips and then ordered a chicken curry with rice. I asked for the rice to be fried with chicken curry. When I got the order delivered the roast chicken came with fried rice instead of chips. I phoned up and said to the Chinese lady, only for her to talk back very little English and then at the end of call I only understood goodbye and she hung up the phone. I always ordered from here once or twice a month but the past few months this place has been disappointing with orders, like food being greasy and oily, delivery being hours late when told it be 20-30 mins etc. and the attitude on phone too. I wont be ordering again from here. Absolutely shocking.

Was late, cold and tasted so bad whole the whole order got thrown out.

Food wasnt good unfortunately. Satay tasted as if it had a weird chemical aftertaste and the chow mein was bland in flavour and coated in a weird gravy.

Was cold when it was delivered

1hr 50 mins it took to get delivered. It was estimated to be 40 mins.

Turns up at 12 at night when ordered a 5 to 10 turned away at the door, driver was nice its not her fault terrible service probably wont be back

Ordered at 8pm and still waiting on it arriving at 11pm Phoned the restaurant to ask for update and phones were turned off, eventually got a hold of them to be shouted down the phone and got no further forward as the person on the phone had 0 English, been a customer for years, really bad service and wont be ordering again

All tasted like out of date oil

Was half hour later than expected. Not very warm. Loads of rice very little curry. Used to be good. Very poor tonight.

I received Duck with orange sauce instead of Chicken with orange sauce. Everything else was perfect.

Chips were overcooked and chicken bland

There wasnt an option for salt and chili chips so I added salt and chili but when I came to collect just bland chips were there

Food was freezing cold

The pork rice was so highly seasoned we couldn't eat it all. All we could taste was like salt from the gravy.

Order was accepted and said 20 minutes for delivery, an hour and a half later it finally turned upAnd it was terrible, cold and overly salty

Missing our fried rice and there was hardly any beef in the curry

It took an hour and a half to arrive after receiving the initial email saying it would be here in 20 minutes. I called after an hour and was told it was on its way but it still took another 30 minutes to arrive. The food wasnt as good as it normally is either.
