Far too much cheese, otherwise they would have been ok. They weren't eaten, just ended up in the bin. Won't be ordering again.

That was the worst pizza I have ever had from Tastr I paid for extra Milano Salami and I didnt get it! !😡 I wont be getting it again

Didnt enjoy the pizza, was rather crispy on the crust and either paper thin or undercooked in the middle. The pizza tastes like a regular chicken pizza could not taste chillies at all. Delivery time was good though.

Our order took 2 hours to arrive which is the reason for the feedback. Food was good, but took too long to arrive.

Pizza wasnt cooked propely, toppings fell off when trying to eat! Chips werent the best what happened to the chunky chips????

Tried here for 1st time and decided.on the carbonara! Wasn't nice at all, tasteless hardly any bacon and cheese gad melted into I big blob..Was very disappointed had to be binned!

Hi there, if you check the menu you'll see that the Debbie pizza comes with a BBQ base, not with a tomato base. If you found the pizza was too well fired for you, why you didn't call us, so we could send you a new one cooked as you wished?Most of customers wants pizzas well done, so we try our best to make them well fired.Thank you for your review anyway, even if I find it a bit unfair. We were missing part of our order, we were told we would get our money back but no one has been back with our refund, ripped off and left with cold soggy pizza, absolutely terrible

Driver dropped my tub of mayo on the street cracking a hole in it, asked for my pizza to be cooked well done / crispy came with pale white base and floppy. Just not sure how these pizzas are being cooked in a wood fired oven if they are that floppy and doughy. No crisp at all

Food was cold They phone to say they would be 60 minutes Or later To collect . Thats fine . 50 minutes get a phone call say are you coming for your food ? I said yes sorry we were told 60 minutes so that why we have not collected reply was that was a mistake and it it siting waiting I felt like they had attitude towards us then the food was cold and it was like it was our fault the food was cold as we didnt know it was ready .I normally wouldnt complain about these things or taste pizza but just the attitude was not the best. I understand they may of been busy but no way to speak to people when they didnt even know the pizza was ready.

When I opened the pizza box the smell from the pizza nearly made me throw up. The parma ham on the pizza had clearly went bad. No idea why they let it leave their kitchen. The smell was so bad I had to open doors and windows to get rid of it. They must have been able to smell how bad it was but delivered it anyway. Clearly more interested in taking money than the health of their customers. Pizza straight in the bin, waste of £13

Hi Mark, first of all I would like to apologise for the inconvenience.Unfortunately one of the staff hasn't realised that the Parma ham was out of date.It never happened before and I will make sure it won't happen again.If you had called the shop we would have sent a new fresh pizza straight away, as mistakes can happen, but it's untrue that we don't care about our customers. We wouldn't be trading successfully since so many years otherwise.Sorry again for your disappointment.
