When I opened the pizza box the smell from the pizza nearly made me throw up. The parma ham on the pizza had clearly went bad. No idea why they let it leave their kitchen. The smell was so bad I had to open doors and windows to get rid of it. They must have been able to smell how bad it was but delivered it anyway. Clearly more interested in taking money than the health of their customers. Pizza straight in the bin, waste of £13

Hi Mark, first of all I would like to apologise for the inconvenience.Unfortunately one of the staff hasn't realised that the Parma ham was out of date.It never happened before and I will make sure it won't happen again.If you had called the shop we would have sent a new fresh pizza straight away, as mistakes can happen, but it's untrue that we don't care about our customers. We wouldn't be trading successfully since so many years otherwise.Sorry again for your disappointment.

There was a long thick hair strand with dust attached to the pizza as if the pizza cutter had been on the floor before cutting. Chips were just like oven chips you would get at a supermarket frozen section. Poor

The worst pizza I have ever eaten, the bottom of the cake is dirty, the worst quality cheese and 8 chicken cubes on the last pizza. I would never recommend it again !!!

Hi really sorry for that, I can't believe that the pizza was burn, eventually well done, anyway I feel more sorry that you haven't reach to us so we could send a new order to you. I'm sad seeing how some people find complaining more useful than finding solutions.We usually provide a way better experience as you can see from the others reviews.Still, sorry for that. Giovanni

Pizza was chewy, doughy, not crispy, cheese was burnt on top. Tiramisu was definitely frozen food.

The pizza was a sloppy, floppy mess and did not taste good, the chips looked like they were from Iceland and were burnt and cold, neither of my sons liked it either, won't be back.
