agree with last review, not as good as it used to be. soup was horrible today.

This place has went way downhill. I used to could not get enough of the soup, then it became a hit or miss, now its just a miss every time. The lentil recipe was clearly changed and the flavour and texture is rotton now. Its the same with the chicken and rice soup, todays was just a cup of mooshy over cooked rice with ONE tiny piece of chicken, There's absolutely no effort going into either soups anymore. I couldnt eat todays soup. I also wasn't happy with the £8 min order, how is 1 person supposed to eat £8 worth of food? I won't be back to this place 👎

Delivery is a joke. I get places get busy at this time of year but communication would be nice

Over two hours for delivery. Phoned number in scoffable and manager answered (she was on holiday but was absolutely lovely and gave me number for store).When I phoned store all they said was it will be leaving now Ive been busy.I understand it gets busy working in a good environment myself but 2 hours after ordering and the food hasnt even left yet? Safe to say I wont be ordering from here again. My colleague even said she ordered from here and was 3 hours delivery time. Only ever hear bad things about this place. If your hungry or want your food within 3 hours of ordering I strongly suggest you avoid ordering from here.

Order came 3 hours late, I ordered 3 wraps at half past 10 the order said would be delivered in an hour and 10 mins they didn't get delivered till 13:30.

I don't know whats happened to the soup, its went way down hill, out the last 5 times I've ordered I've had one good one, the stock is different and not tasty anymore, todays soup was just a cup of carrot batons and the stock was bland, really disappointing as the soup was my favourites thing to order

far too greasy. the breakfast wrap had grease dripping from it and ran all the way through it. the potato scone was really burnt and ruined the full roll.

Ordered french toast and bacon . (Didnt state steaky bacon which was just all fat .. asked for a flat white coffee .got half a cup . So i gave bk to the driver . Which was nice enough . But the manager of the place is quite rude . Telling me a flat white is an espresso a lot of rubbish . Learn about customer service pls as ill not be using u again .

I ordered a can of cola & got sent a can of diet cola as no coke left. No phone call from the place to tell me this & let my choose an other option. I can't drink diet so sent it back & doubt I'll get a refund. My delivery was on time but my bacon roll was cold, the cheese & ham baguette was just ham & the cheese was all over the box..... not exactly great having to scoop it all back into the baguette. First time i have ordered from here & not sure i would order again.

I could taste haggis through the bacon. Sausage was burn round the edges Both of these were double rolls with beans. Hardly any beans on them. Will not be buying from here again. And that was my first time ordering from here.
