Food was cold

Quite cold when it arrived chips soggy

I ordered a steak pie supper. Neither the pie or the chips were cooked properly and were cold on arrival.

Food was not very warm not surprising after nearly an hour and 40 minutes and worst of all the special fish supper which came in the box was horrible, all i could smell and taste was cardboard from the box the chips mainly but the fish also. Never again.

Got sent gravy instead of curry as requested which is not ideal

The food I got delivered was good and hot but it was spoilt by my order of portion of curry sauce not delivered so that really spoilt my meal. I did not complain because we were hungry and could not wait an additional 30 minutes for a portion of curry sauce.

Not particularly tasty pizza was poor and fish supper was chewy wouldnt buy again Im afraid .. dont waste your money

Fish was tiny...almost no flesh in it ,pakora was 3/4 pieces less than other times...and no fritters...very disappointed

Pizza was burnt, fish batter undercooked. We always order from here and it's usually great. This is the worst we've had. Hope its just a one off.

Chips were all crispy and the most of them stick to box. Fish was mostly batter.

I got Fish & Chips, kids pizza meal and kids nuggets meal. They were cold squashed and looked as if they had been heated up or fried in old oil they tasted terrible. They were put in the bin. I've used the chippy for a few years and has been good but the last couple of times has been poor but this time it was awful. When I phoned the young girl could only say sorry and did nothing to sort out the issue. I will use another shop from now mainly down to the poor after service but alao it looks as if the owners don't care anymore.

Took an hour for delivery which is fair enough on a Friday night but the meals were cold and dried out. Not enjoyable at all.

Waited over an hour and a half for the food. Had to call th twice and when it arrived it was a bit cold

Food was lukewarm and fish batter was as if it had been cooled then refried. Very hard and chewy. Disappointing. Wont use again.

Took 1 hour to deliver ( 40 minutes quoted) on a Thursday evening. Quality of the fish was poor, very thin slices , overcooked and soft batter. Pizza was clearly not stone baked .......probably grilled , thick and stodgy. Quantity of chips was ok. Definitely not get a takeaway from here again.

Well food arrived on time but chips were cold and fish was soggy I was looking for and nice warm chip and crispy fish this was my first experience ordering from you so disappointed

we have used this chippy many times and the last few orders have not been the best. our current one was the worst.pizza was flung in the box and poorly cut. the kids fried pizza was overcooked to the point it was more like the pizza crunch and the sausages were super greasy which is rare for this place. the chips were not as nice either. they didnt follow salt and vinegar instructions even when they automatically ask when ordering on scoffable.
