Food was cold

Pizza fine but chips were black and looked like they were cooked in dirty oil

Ordered food at 18:55 I was told approx 50 mins I phone at 20:05 to be told its on its way. At 20:30 I call as order still not arrived to be told its left the shop, 20:45 still no order phone the shop to be told theres a mix up and my order hasnt been made. 21:15 still no food phone again to be told hes left and Im first stop, food arrived at 21:25, disgraceful customer service. They made the pizza bigger to compensate the length of time. I will not be ordering from here again, I understand mistakes can happen but I phoned 3 time before someone told me it was made.

Was advised 50 minutes for delivery when it ended up nearly 1 hour 20 minutes, most of the food was soggy, the chips were half cooked or hard or just very poor quality potatoes and basically inedible.

The delivery was late very late had to phone up and he said he was looking at my order, just waiting for driver, the time we got it it was all dried up and terrible, my mum was over from Ireland to see my dad who is bed bound and was treating him to it, they through it away, first really bad dinner from here usually good. Must have been a bad night, but will maybe try somewhere different.

Got my order wrong phoned them up and they apologised well get the right order straight to you - an hour and a half later and 3 phone calls later and still nothing. Told them to cancel the order because I was heading out and that I wanted a refund. Yeah well get the driver to drop the refund through your door. No refund through the door.

When my order arrived it was not hot it was lukewarm and not enjoyable to eat

Very small portion size not much chips and asked for sauce for there to not be any on the chips

Took 70 minutes for 2 portions of chips that arrived cold. They tasted okay after a heat up in the microwave.

Cancelled order placed it at 5.31pm and informed 1hour and 30 minutes wait time not good. If my toes were not broken I would have collected it.

Food lukewarm !!

Food cold on arrival No sauce, salt or viniger as ordered. Won't be back.

Product was fine. As ordered. It just took a little over an hour and a half. An hour was quoted.

Waited nearly 2 hours for my order it came without the juice (I ordered a 2L) came back with 2 glass bottles which are cheaper! Not be ordering again

Chips overdone not usual standard sadly xx

Good friendly service from deliverer. However, grease proof paper box covering fish - fish stuck to brown paper.

Fish was curled up and too crispy. Special fish was soggy
