The delivery time was over 1 hour which I appreciate as the shop would have been busy on a Friday night and tge weather was not great however when the kebabs arrived they were stone cold, this is the first time i have ever received cold food and i use the service regularly

Steak pie tasted old and had a funny taste... fried pizzas tasted like reheats as well not the best overall

Looked like a dogs dinner, salad was terrible large slices of cucumber 2 TOMATO 2 WILL NOT BE BACK AS THE FISH SUPPERS I HAVE HAD HAVE BEEN TERRIBLE TO

Extremely poor tonight, everything cold, batter was rock solid and inedible..Pizza was very good as always but needed heat up in oven

Waited over two hours for food. Given 50 minute estimate. Called after an hour and told food was out for delivery. Waited another half hour and called again and told food wasnt ready yet. Offered free ice cream but no option of anything else or a refund. Food still didnt come for a further half hour. Have had various issues ordering from here from food not being included in the delivery to quality of the food being burnt and inedible. Last time we will be ordering from here as theres never any responsibility or compensation. This was the first time being offered something and that was only after they lied about the food being on its way and us having to call for a second time to follow up on our order.

1.The food was stone cold.2.I was lied to-as follows, when I asked about why the food I was promised in half an hour was late. The reply I received was:The delivery man stood at your door for ten minutes.So am I to assume he rang my doorbell for 10 minutes as well?We did not hear the doorbell once.They said that they phoned us. Our phones didn't ring at all.3. The food was so unappetising I wouldn't feed it to my cat. And the chicken was undercooked creating a danger of food poisoning to my wife who is diabetic. If this chip shop thinks it will be used by us again, well the answer is "no" .

Baked potatoes where stone cold in the middle

Bake potatoes was off as they where brown colour made me feel sick as I eat abit but I phone shop up they give me the money back for the bake potatoes with cheese I all was ordered from them and everytime the food been great but last night was bad but I wont stop buying chippys from them

I ordered a chicken salad and the chicken cubes were still frozen. Absolutely disgusting.

To much sauce on it and it was full off grease not like it I couldnt eat it

I ordered, fritters, chips and cheese and they were great but when I got to my half pizza, it was absolutely drenched in choppy sauce. It was soggy, there was literal puddles of chippy sauce and my pizza was that soggy it stuck to the paper.

Well over two hour delivery. Kept phoning to find out what was up and it kept ringing off. By the time I got through they were very apologetic and sent it free of charge which was decent of them but all in all far too long to wait. Ive been eating from here for 30years and in the last six months Ive noticed a difference with regards to a drop in form

Made order for side salad which was terrible cucumber was disgusting and side salad wasnt nice atoll. Mixed kabab was little bit better. It could have been much better.

I ordered chicken nugget supper and paid for it only got single nuggets and pizza had to go in bin becausebase for nee ally burnt

wasnt the worse place tbh but i left a note to add tomato sauce which wasnt provided and garlic sauce on the kebab but just thought that was because it was an additional cost. the kebab was a bit cold too but it was edible

I dont get why they dont read THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS on scoffable its written on the tear off reciept that the order is on its easy to see!!!... this is about the 4th time ive not gotten what i asked for also the smoked sausage was like a kids portion been cut so small not the same as it was a few years ago... disappointed ☹

A didnt receive my chips with kebab meat £6.00

Fish had bones in it and now sat in A and E because I have a bone stuck at the back of my throat wont be ordering from here again 👍🏼
