Took a good 45 minutes for our order to be deliveredChicken arrived bone dry and was not enjoyable.

The ham in the ham salad was the worst I have ever tasted. I had to spit it out. I have no idea what it was. The colour didnt look good and the taste was disgusting. It tasted like it was off. Instead of going for a very cheap option of meat, pick a good cut of ham and you wont get any complaints even if it means putting the price up by 50p or so.

forgot my juice and never got it till quarter to ten at night almost 2hrs waiting time

I ordered the little bottles of coke and I kept on getting cans of coke

Usually a decent chippy but last nights order was def not decent. Pizza was undercooked and cold by the time it came. Sausage was very tough. Possibly because it was very near closungbtime but not the usual standard. Disappointing.

King rib tasted off and the batter was like a rock got binned ... smoked sausage wasnt the best got binned.... had loads of green chips so couldnt even eat them.... place has went down hill

Literally multiple green chips and the chicken on the bone wasnt cooked genuinely used to order all the time from here but the food recently has been a disgrace, most likely will not be back

Ordered single fish and haggis fritters both were awful, batter was chewy on both fish and haggis and no taste to the fish

I found a hair in my pizza

Usually really good quality food but the grease on the donor meat was ridiculous it had drained out all over the bag

Most things are ok aslong as you dont order anything with batter on it. Batter is awful.

It was stone cold on arrival. 2 words not good enough.

Missing £7.40 worth of sweets and food was dripping in grease. Chippy is normally great very disappointed
