there was barely any cheese and chips were not nice

First off took more than the estimated hr, they were busy thats fine. But when I called back to complain about only receiving classic cheese burgers instead of classic double cheese burgers there was no answering the phone

Got charged £1 at the door for the cheese - Im willing to pay the £1 but wouldve liked to have been notified first. Also, paid for a 2L Fanta and received at 1.25L Fanta - false advertising

I ordered chip cheese and curry sauce and all curry sauce was leaking out of box my box was all squish and wasn't hot at all

Took over hour and half for delivery and when it did arrive it was cold.

Been getting food here for years, chips are ok and delivery is usually prompt but the calzones have become very dry with no chilli sauce at all in them.

Apart from being 40 mins earlier than stated, we had no cheese on both of our chips, cheese and doner meat and they couldnt even put salt on both of them as well. Maybe thats the reason it was early!

Although the food arrived earlier than told it would, It was JUST warm. The Calzone was barely warm and very dry( no chilly sauce).

Didnt revieve part of order, couldnt get through on phone so had to email scoffable. Then arrived 40 mins later. 3rd time ordering from The Chippy & will definitely NOT be ordering again as everytime there has been an issue.

Steak pie with no steak just gravy and it was cold as were the chips which looked like leftovers. Very unimpressed.

Pizza was freezing and damp. No cheese on pizza either! Won't order again!

Our food took over an hour to come and was cold when we got it.

Waited 1hr 40min for delivery - food was stone cold, batter on fish was soggy, chips were like they had been lying all night needless to say food was binned and we wont be ordering from here again

Black pudding was stuck to the paper mozzarella bites didn't taste nice

Booked to pick up at 6pm. Eventually got it at 6.20, wrong pizza made asked for garlic base and got tomato which the person who ordered it allergic to. Asked for cheese chips and dinner meat and got no cheese when I called regard the wrong pizza took over 1 hour to get it delivered. Food was all absolutely disgusting and all went in the bucket. Never never order from here again

Food was cold, chippy sauce was put on our chips when we only asked for Salt, waited an hour which was advised on the app, just get the order right and deliver hot food

Ordered a 12 inch margarita pizza and a small chips. They were delivered the pizza and chips were cold and the cheese was burnt on the pizza. I called them the girl on the phone was very helpful and said she would send out the same again. I then had to wait 1 hour 10 minutes for delivery. When it eventually arrived the pizza was exactly the same and there wasnt any chips .

Pizza was stuck to the box and was like slops,so it never got ateAlso had chips and cheese,and would need to be inspector cluedo to find the cheese.Total waste of money

Brown sauce had spilled all over the bag! Burgers were mushy! Kebab meat did not taste good, little one got an ice cream which has spilled out in bag!

I requested the salad separately unfortunately everything was together salad on the bottom, the kebab on top, and no salad dressing.

Fish must have been cooked at lunch was like rubber

Usually really good take away but got spring rolls that were nearly black with overcooking. Wont be ordering those again. Disappointed as never had this problem before.
