My food was cold when it arrived and the burger did not taste nice

We order from the chippy on the regular but the past few time the shish hoagie has been disgusting and the meat was as hard as leather, we thought it was just a one off last time but clearly not. We also order two single chickeen nuggets and a special fish and didn't get any sauce on them (we ordered sauce). Was very disappointed

After waiting an hour and 10mins the driver (not his fault) turned up without our 16 pizza! Not ideal. 15mins later appeared with forgotten pizza and rest of order. Food was Luke warm at best shame because usually from from here is spot on.

The pizza was just warm and no more. Obviously I was last drop off for the driver.

Spicy chicken pizza was very dry first time Ive had a problem with it ended up in the bin

Ordered juice and ice-cream. They sent 3 beers instead of 3 pepsi. When i phoned the girl didnt even really say sorry but the bad review is because the girl hung up the phone before i was finished talking so she didnt hear me ask for them to speak to the driver because they let my 10 year old child pay at the door for alcohol

Waited 50 mins on our delivery, when it came it was the wrong pizza! I called them up to advise and they said they would make a new one and to give all food back to driver, we then waited a further 40 mins for the correct order to be delivered, when it did get delivered pizza was cold and soggy

Soggy fish supper, chips tasteless Will not be ordering again as this is not the first time order not eatable

Food is actually nice, but the portions are small and to be honest, a bit of a liberty when paying good money. Two mixed kebabs tonight and I swear they cooked one portion chicken and one portion Shish and halved it between them. The meat barely spilled out the pitta. Its becoming a regular occurrence from The Chippy tbh and it isnt expected behaviour

Ordered a double hamburger got a double cheese burger instead which was soggy. Tried phoning but couldn't get through. What a waste of money.

Too much topping on the pizza, the chicken was flavourless and the mushroom soggy

Cold no sauce

Waited 1 hour 10 minutes for 2 freezing cold suppers and chips looked like they had been lying out for ages and then also a dark hair found in one at the end!

My partner's pizza looked and tasted like a £1 defrosted pizza, my toppings were not even on the pizza, a huge chunk stuck in the corner and the side of the box was soaking of grease. I was asking for a refund but they just offered a replacement well no thanks...

Whats the point in putting a note on your order when most of the time they dont even read it. Again, I got onions when I didnt want them. Im fortunate its only onions, but it could be someone with a serious allergy to something and if The Chippy cant be bothered reading the notes then they take what they get. It boils down to laziness.
