Raw chip Not spicy at all sausage

Too much topping on the pizza, the chicken was flavourless and the mushroom soggy

Cold no sauce

Waited 1 hour 10 minutes for 2 freezing cold suppers and chips looked like they had been lying out for ages and then also a dark hair found in one at the end!

My partner's pizza looked and tasted like a £1 defrosted pizza, my toppings were not even on the pizza, a huge chunk stuck in the corner and the side of the box was soaking of grease. I was asking for a refund but they just offered a replacement well no thanks...

Whats the point in putting a note on your order when most of the time they dont even read it. Again, I got onions when I didnt want them. Im fortunate its only onions, but it could be someone with a serious allergy to something and if The Chippy cant be bothered reading the notes then they take what they get. It boils down to laziness.

Single worst pizza Ive ever had cheese was like chewing through rubber, found solid bits of basil or something in the sauce and after 10 minutes the cheese was literally rock solid

I had the mince pie meat was like paste black pudding the batter was half on half off asked for potato fritters and got two lots of haggis fritters and chips were not nice very disappointed in food

Pizza was cold

Order took over 2 hours to arrive and the pizzas were cold and the ice cream had melted. Very disappointed.

Took over hour and half for delivery and food was freezing cold

Onion rings one not cooked properly and the donner calzone was burnt

No consistency in the size of polystyrene box for salads. Sometimes it is a large box and sometimes it is a small box. It must be the same size all the time. Its not too much to ask is it.

Pizza had no taste at all

Extremely disappointed after waiting an hour past the expected delivery time, when the order finally arrived, the entire order was cold and the pizza didnt much topping on it. Very disappointed as we have order numerous times from here and its usually always very good.
