Few items missing as usual

I ordered two multi packs of crisps in two different flavours. I got sent 2 mu

Ive just opened the bag and my bread has already been ripped open and several slices removed. The rest of it is completely squashed.

2 of the items I ordered wasnt what I had ordered and the rolls a day out of date

Missing 2 items and wasnt informed by anyone

Missing 2 items and the store wont answer my calls
