Phoned Panda takeaway after 1 hour and 40 mins to ask where our order was as it hadnt turned up to be told that the order was out for delivery and no apology was given as to the late arrival of our food. The food arrived 30 mins later from a takeaway which I could have driven to within 10 mins from my home. I did not believe the information that assistant had told me on the phone. The delivery person also did not apologise for an order which was by now over 2 hours late. Very bad service and I will not be ordering from Panda again due to this.

Offer section stated that orders over £20 received free prawn crackers, our order was £24 and we did not get prawn crackers, this put a damper on our meal. we ordered a chicken satay meal and didnt feel there was a lot of chicken in it. delivery was a little late but the delivery driver was really nice polite and pleasant. none of this would stop us ordering again.

Tasteless food and not even warm

Food was only lukewarm, boiled rice ordered and somehow that became chips which went in the bin and no prawn crackers included so overall pretty poor

Ordered early on Christmas Eve, waited patiently for 2 hours (know how busy it is). Then called to check on the status to find out it hadnt been made yet and they were very sorry. Then took another hour to arrive. Very expensive takeaway (£6 delivery alone, for less than 3 miles) that was unfortunately sub par and 3 hours from ordering. I used to love this place but Im sorry for what you charge compared to competitors you should provide more. Wont be back 😕

The salt and chilli chips were so disappointing.

Decided to give Panda a go rather than our normal takeaway which is further away. 2 1/2 hours wait not acceptable. Prawn toast was greasy. Hot and sour soup was OK but didn't look at all what other takeaways sell. Very thin sauce to the Cantonese sweet and sour and chicken was tough. Curry was OK but usually get prawns in a mixed curry but guess this depends on the takeaway. Sorry. Won't be back.

Got to be the worst Chinese Takeaway ive had in Bathgate. Wrong order, tasteless and waited over an hour on a Tuesday for the pleasure. Phoned but could not have cared less. Teach me from moving away from my usual Takeaway.

Item missing from order and when called to ask for it was told it took a while to be delivered, I understand things can happen but surely youd want the customer to be happy given they just spent money with them

Chicken curry had 4 pieces of chicken. Wasn't keen on the bones and was cold when it arrived

Very disappointed in the quality of food we received last night, bones found in chicken and chicken hard. Loyal customer of the panda, only just started getting delivery - normally collect. Just wanted to give some feedback back for future.

Chicken was very dry no flavour chicken balls soggy

Our rice was still hard very undercooked

The noodles were like rubber. Curry sauce was green. Chicken fried rice was basically raw. Never seen fried rice to white as well as the chicken with zero seasoning on it. Will not be back.

The chips were horribly soggy and the curry sauce tasted weird

Curry sauce had zero flavour. Chicken was nicely cooked but lacking any sort of spice or seasoning. Gave this place a second chance because it used to be nice but wont be going here again.

We order from here a lot, dinner was nearly cold chips were nearly cold, lemon chicken was tough to try eat curry was warm ,sad to say won't be back
