Got charged 40 pound which I still havent had back for food that never came beyond angry

Waited 2 hours for the delivery.

Chips were like cardboard, as were other meals, friends were up for Chinese new year, not like the panda usually amazing

Overrated and the prices are far too high! The quality of the food has went downhill! Been ordering from the panda for years but was going elsewhere for a while because its almost a tenner for every meal on the menu, thought wed give it another try, but, no. Chicken isnt fresh (frozen) the rice was mushy, bbq ribs were just fat!! Wont be ordering from the panda again. Prices need to be lowered for sure! £70 in the bin!!!! Plus after spending that amount, no free crackers!

The food was awful tonight. The chips, rice and curry sauce had very little sauce and was cold. The special curry was very bland. I am so surprised at this, especially due to the increase in price. Will not order from here again.

Wasn't too impressed. Thought the higher price would equal a really nice Chinese but the curry sauce tasted just the same as the powder curry you get in the boxes in my opinion. For £24 which included a 15% discount, for two curries, I'd at least expect prawn crackers chucked in like every other Chinese, but nope! Won't be using again. Only positive is a quick delivery and nice delivery driver oh and the prawns were cooked very well.

They gave me the wrong dish two orders in a row - meat instead of vegetarian, otherwise I would just have eaten it anyway. So I was left sitting with nothing while everyone else ate, then had my dinner while they were pretty much finished.

Did not get all my order had to call twice for missing item waiting 30 mins on it so food was cold wouldn't use them again

The curry was good, the chicken was good but I was sharing my soup with three flies. I ended up just having toast and beans instead.

Wasnt the most appealing looking dishes we ordered, and didnt taste very fresh either. My chicken tasted like it was a day old.

Our chicken nuggets were undercooked and unable to be eaten. The item did not meet the description.

I decided to go with Panda due to reviews and ratings but came away angry and disappointed.Midweek delivery and took over an hour and 20 minutes to arrive. Came after I phoned to ask what was happening. The food was luke warm and prawn crackers where soft.I wont be back as if they cant manage a basic take away midweek when its quiet then I cant imagine how long I would wait at a weekend.I dont mind a wait when its hot and is worth the wait!

Uncooked chips fried rice no flavour at all very bland noodles yucky sticky and chicken was so dry you couldn't eat it

The food was average beef didnt taste right was a rip off prices for food to what u get not worth it took 1hour 30mins to come aswell
