For the second time I've ordered on scoffable for the simple order to be cancelled due to lack of ingredients (square sausage) rather than call the customer to offer an alternative Order cancelled and processed for refund meaning I then have to repay for an order elsewhere and wait for a refund Not ideal when a quick phone call can resolve the issue

Food is delicious. Would love to have option to add a morning roll or toast with the breakfast.

Potatoe scone was soaked and soggy with grease..bacon loooed terrible n dirty. Haggis and black pudding was burnt on the one side. Was really disappointing

Chips was burnt asked for a spicy chicken burger and got a normal one

Rolls were lovely and piping hot. :)

I ordered 2 Morning rolls. Sausage and Egg and Sausage and onion this morning as soon as they opened. Sausage was like mush, everything was freezing. would not come back which is a shame

Oh dear! I've ordered a few times from Sran Van and the last couple of times have been pretty bad. Last time I let it go but it was all cold and not very nice, today however the two bacon/egg rolls were cold, greasy and after we each had a bite they went straight in the bin, so you've lost a customer here I'm afraid!
