Food was stone cold when it arrived

The black eye burger good have been prepared instead off checked together

Food was inedible. Sausage burnt on one side and lightly cooked on the other. Half a roll missing. Never again. Used to be the best place for food aswell.

Missing items, quality of the food wasnt great.

Wasnt usual standard today :( . Hopefully just a one off as food is usually bang on.

The staff are ignorant, rude & have absolute no customer service skills!! I asked a question & was answered in a very rude manner. Disgusting!! I wont be back!!

Wasnt impressed today. Chips were undercooked and soggy making them inedible and items missing from breakfast. Hopefully just a one off as usually food is bang on :)

I paid extra for cheese and curry sauce on my meal and the baguette but it was not there

Order was wrong and cold

Food took over 2hrs to arrive and was cold when it did. Bacon was also over cooked

The only reason for the bad rating isnt because of the food, last week I was mid order when the shut to deliveries, then an order wasnt accepted and today my order was accepted and a two hour delivery slot given, 30 minutes from the time running out they cancelled the order, why use a delivery service if you cant actually deliver, refunds have been made but as it stands Im £34 out of pocket and wont order from here again. If you dont have drivers why use scoffable to advertise your business, its a shame because the food is good, being housebound Im disappointed to say they least

Far to long for a delivery 2 hours I waited

Bacon, haggis & sausage were totally inedible. Previous deliveries been great but today's was bloody awful

Square sausage was over cooked and very hard along one edge - like it had been sitting on its edge on a hot plate for hours. The chips were okay but the cheese was tasteless.

Usually LOVE our dirty fries. But unfortunately they were really bad today. Didnt take note of the instructions. So we got none of our condiments. The cheese sauce was different and like melted processed cheese slices. Not great. I usually love them though so please dont let this one review put anyone off ordering its usually banging
