The only reason for the bad rating isnt because of the food, last week I was mid order when the shut to deliveries, then an order wasnt accepted and today my order was accepted and a two hour delivery slot given, 30 minutes from the time running out they cancelled the order, why use a delivery service if you cant actually deliver, refunds have been made but as it stands Im £34 out of pocket and wont order from here again. If you dont have drivers why use scoffable to advertise your business, its a shame because the food is good, being housebound Im disappointed to say they least

Burger was great and so was breakfast doubler. Chips were undercooked and hard a xouple more minutes in the fryer was needed. Apart from that everything was great will order again.
