Waited 2 hrs for food it was cold when arrived and wasnt from toninos - couldnt even get through to the shop on phone

Chips were like cardboard & the pakora was very greesy! Normally the food is great, but tonight it was very poor!

Was told delivery would be 1 hour, order eventually turned up 1 hour 25 minutes later with zero communication in between!

Maybe it was because it was delivered but chips felt barely cooked - soggy and mushy. Dont normally review as appreciate its hard but was particularly poor tonight. Wont be back for a while Im afraid.

The food was fine but 1hr 45 mins to wait was a bit long, we had been estimated 50 mins which was fine!wont use delivery again

The food was poor tonight. The pizza was soggy and the batter on the sausage was rather soggy too.

I ordered a tub of curry sauce and was given a tub of chippy sauce, most of the chips were little crunchy pieces and the pizza supper was tasteless bland and just tasted of grease, iv been getting from Toninoes for years and this was my 1st bad experience its definitely put me off.

Didnt send juice

Ordered a peparoni pizza and the pizza that arrived was just peppers. Too late too phone back but pizza was binned.

Took over an hour for delivery. Fish was very dry. Chips soggy

The kebab was lovely but the salad was a tray of onions and 2 wee bits of tomato and a tiny bit of lettuce 😒c'mon guys step.up your game with the salad, no cucumber? £4 deliv

The last couple of times we have ordered there is always an item missing. This time it was pitta bread The other times it has been large bottles of juice ?

Was cold and taste awful. Delivery driver was lovely though!

Only 4 slices of pepperoni on the 12 pizza. A bit poor by anyones standard.

Order took 1.5 hours to arrive. Phoned the shop to complain and took 10mins to arrive. Dont know what happened but totally unacceptable
