The food took 1.5 hours to arrive. I stayed 5 minutes away, and it was no surprise that the food was overcooked from being kept warm for ages.I ordered a pepperoni pizza, but it came covered in bell peppers, and my son wouldn't eat it. It was a total waste of money. In the time it took, I could have made my own pizza from scratch.Hire more drivers or stop taking orders you can't fulfil in under 40 minutes. This is totally unacceptable.I won't be ordering again

Placed order got order confirmation at 7pm told 50 mins. Had to call after 8pm told be a few mins. Delivery turned up at 8.30pm. Food was cold the fish supper the cupboard box has stuck to food couldnt get box open. No salt and sauce when we did add it to order. Very disappointing been using this chippy for 3 years never had any bother untill now.

The wrong order was delivered to me to begin with. Then when I eventually received the correct order it was lukewarm.

Took 1 hr 30 mins to arrive - food was not nice - greasy, tasteless and not worth the money. This is third order from here and the food quality and delivery times have got worse.

I ordered 4x fish and chips, the fish was reasonable size but very thin, I also asked for salt and sauce but none was visible on the top of the fish, there was a bare amount underneath and over the chips. I should not have to pay extra for lots of chippy sauce just to get an actual taste that it exists on a £9.90 item.

Took over an hour for 2 hamburgers to be delivered to an address less than 2 miles away and a delivery charge of £4. Was the first time we tried them. Probably wont be back.

Fish pretty tasteless and chips not much better. Large portions but not great.

Chips cold and tasteless Pakora didnt fill me with confidence and tasted weird no real taste bland chicken in batter

Service spot on and driver good, food was terrible and end of night leftovers. Cold and inedible

Food was greasy and no very warm it nice and pizza was soggy

Order was a waste of money! Scampi was like a fish paste and the steak pie only had 2 pieces of meat in it which were just gristle. First time using Scoffable and Toninos and it will be the last! Not impressed with either.

Chips were like cardboard & the pakora was very greesy! Normally the food is great, but tonight it was very poor!

Was told delivery would be 1 hour, order eventually turned up 1 hour 25 minutes later with zero communication in between!

Maybe it was because it was delivered but chips felt barely cooked - soggy and mushy. Dont normally review as appreciate its hard but was particularly poor tonight. Wont be back for a while Im afraid.
