Very disappointed with the quality of the pizzas. By the time they arrived there were only luke warm and they were tasteless. Couldnt see that tomato sauce was used, and if so sparingly, and the base was very dry.

Onion rings were just out the freezer, where you could buy a whole bag for a pound anywhere- expected proper onion in chip shop batter when its £3

The food was really good last night. But I have been throwing up since 6am this morning

I ordered a half pizza supper with a small tub of ice cream on Saturday night.I now have the worst food poisoning ever.First time ordered wont be back.

For first time in years I had an awful chicken kebab. Dry, burnt and tasteless

I wasnt impressed with the food the chips were quite greasy! And so was the pakora. Never like that before when I ordered

Order was late, pizza was like a frozen cheese pizza with doner meat and mozzarella added to the top, scrunchie really greasy and chips cold!First and last time I order from here...such a shame as I had been told such good things

The tomato base on the pizza tasted like vinegar. Not very nice

First time trying here tonight, speedy delivery- but the food was poor.Under cooked chips, paid for extra chippy sauce but got less than average sauce.Garlic bread with cheese was just raw bread with some cheese on top. Highlight of it was the ice cream as it was Lucas. Waste of £25 as most of it went in the bin. Pretty disappointed, wont order again 😕

Have been using Toninos for around 12 years and never had any problems!Im not sure what happened tonight?The delivery was half an hour late and the food was cold and very poor.Pizza was cold and hard.Garlic bread was so doughy we couldnt eat it.Very disappointing

Curry sauce? More like curry-coloured water. To slop this into a pot and charge £2 for it is an absolute rip off. Inedible.

Had a bad customer service experience! Ordered 1 x chicken kebab and 1 x kebab meat ,chips and cheese . I added notes to the order requesting all sauces separate not over kebabs . Order arrived and chilli sauce was all over kebab meat ,chips and cheese . I called up to request this get fixed as it was too much sauce for me I was told no as my notes were not clear and it would be the same amount of sauce in the tub I tried to explain that it was too hot for me with it all over it but they said that there wasnt a difference and laughed at me . I then requested them to collect it if they wouldnt fix there error but again refused. The attitude from the owners son who I spoke with was shocking . I couldnt eat my dinner that night because of this and I did manage to get my money back from scoffable but I have never known such bad customer service. I will not use toninos ever again! And I know they are probably not bother but I would be careful if getting an order from them as even if they make a mistake they will turn it round on you and not give you the level of customer service you deserve. FYI I know I am not the first to be treated like this and I certainly wont be the last .

Appreciate they would have been under pressure so ordered early with a later time. Food delivered one hour lare, cold and over cooked. Not good and won't use them again

Usually the food here is good. But my pizza topping was overdone and burnt and the garlic pizza was underdone and cold-tasted like dough and cardboard and was inedible. Really disappointed.

Non delivery of sauces AGAIN 😒🙄 too much of a hassle to phone and complain

Said delivery would be an hour, after 90 minutes I phoned to ask where food is only to be told that they are busy and my order is the next to leave, it took a further 30 minutes to arrive after this to a grand total of 2 hours

£4 delivery pretty extortionate; 10p charge to get "lots of chippy sauce" is pretty stingy. Orders did come with lots of chippy sauce, to be fair - but on the bottom of the food, which was completely stuck to the box. Had to peel my food off the bottom of the box which was not very pleasant. Given all the sauce was on the bottom of my box, none was actually on the food which left it bland. Someone else thought their food wasn't cooked properly and didn't end up eating all of it. Someone else did really enjoy their kebab though. Overall, won't be back here, certainly not in a hurry, at least.

First time Ive had bad food from toninos, chicken kebab was chewy and tasted as if it was slightly off which put me off and I couldnt eat it , salad was basically wilted iceberg lettuce and onion , fish supper smelled really fishy and had lots of bones the only upside was the chips that came with it ☹
