Your eta was 1 hour 40 minutes, that is only an estimated time, so Your order was 20 minutes late , as I've said before to customers check your emails for eta, if you're not happy with delivery time then cancel, we are a very busy Snack van especially at weekends and that is why long delivery times are stated, we apologise for the eggs but I assume the other 16 items in your breakfasts were fine and hot.?
