Used to love this place when it first came on but its went right down hill my full breakfast including the beans were burnt together my 2 kids rolls and sausage were solid definitely not the best anymore

Hi. Sorry u did not enjoy, as for beans being burnt i dont understand as they come out a banmarie!! The 2 square sausage that you are saying were solid, we sell around 3 slabs of it on the weekend days which is a fair amount and never had a complaint, you should have phoned and returned them if they were that bad, a refund and others would have been sent out.Apoligies

The food was vwry nice and would love to order again, however ordering lunch and receiving nearly 3 hours later is totally unacceptable. Should only have collections if thats going to be the case . Again , really nice food however.

Hi sorry about the wait, we are extremly busy at weekends and can be difficult even with 2 drivers at times, collections can also be delayed due to being busy with deliveries, we do our best to get orders out, if you get an email stating over 1hr 30 then please call as it means we are busy and maybe be able to give you a better update.Thanks for your review 😁

The chicken tikka has been the same for around a year! You have had this chicken tikka on many prior orders before. A red face? A phone call would have been sufficient to ask if we have changed it, which ive said its the same mixture you have had prior.

You are a regular customer, you get the same all the time, there was nothing wrong with the food except it had leaked into the brown bag, you were given the option by the driver to get a fresh one but you took it and said it would be fine, why come on here and say this when you had the option of getting other. Especially when its always the same order you get?

Got an estimated delivery time of 1 hour 40 minutes. Long but wasnt going to complain as I knew what to expect. 2 and a half hours later is when my food arrives, at which point Im already sleeping for my nightshift, what a joke

If you're given that length of time and expecting it you must have known we were busy, maybe cancelling it would have been better option, its an estimated time and can take longer if really busy which we were.Apologies

We were very busy yesterday and orders did run over which we apologise, the driver was at your door for a while and it was left, what i can't understand that you have phoned scoffable this morning saying you didn't receive order but now you are saying it was cold????

As I've said b4 , check emails as too delivery time, as for being cold, the food is cooked fresh prior to going out not cooked when order comes in, we have had a few good reviews today and one was sent with your order aswell and they didn't complain , maybe just the length of time it as took that you have complained, why not phone if your not happy??

Shocking experience this morning ordered at 10:30 decided to call at 12 as I had heard nothing and was past the promised time only to be told my food was left at the front door they claimed to have called me however no phone calls and when I said Id come up to prove this they refused I said whatever and hung up on them decided Id reheat the food only to find a bug in with the rolls and sausage disgusted is an understatement and the attitude of the women I spoke too is disgusting chose anywhere else If you want hot and fresh food and good customer service

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH and lies, yes ure food was left at door the driver tryed for around 10minutes at door tryed to fone u, straight to answer fone, maybe number needs updated, we can't hang about waiting as there are other customers waiting.Yes you did phone and did say you were going to put a bad review, as for the bug never, that's just total lies because I wouldn't give a refund

Checked asap delivery and next time slot was 1 hour so placed order for it to be 1.5 hours for delivery, actually took 2 hours to come and the eggs were like rubber

The customer cannot select a slot ! Your eta was 1 hour 40 minutes, that is only an estimated time, so Your order was 20 minutes late , as I've said before to customers check your emails for eta, if you're not happy with delivery time then cancel, we are a very busy Snack van especially at weekends and that is why long delivery times are stated, we apologise for the eggs but I assume the other 16 items in your breakfasts were fine and hot.?
