Soup was absolutely disgusting. Freezing cold like it was taken straight out the fridge & not heated up, was like sludge and tasted sour. Also one of the items I wanted was out of stock so instead of phoning to see what I wanted, they just gave me something else that I didn't order or want. Menu looks good but it's seriously underwhelming.

Driver showed without full order says he would be back in 10 min with the rest took 2 and half hours too get my order which consisted of too wraps that were like mush and single wrap and a wrap meal that cost nearly 20 quid terrible service not be ordering from here again

I ordered the "chunky lentil soup" and it arrived in a paper cup with no lid and wrapped in tin foil, what a mess it made! The smell was overpowering and it tasted like pure onion, its made me feel queasy, as for the "chunks" it was just small pieces of carrots. I also order the "Crunch Tower Toastie" yeah don't let the name of that fool you, its just normal bread and they couldn't have put any less cheese on it if they tried! And you'd think paying £4 for a toastie that they would use proper food containers but again it was wrapped in tin foil which makes it go soggy! It was basically just warm cheeseless bread. I won't use this place again.

It took nearly 4 hours for food to arrive, had to phone numerous times, to which the restaurant were very nice and apologetic but had said that the order didnt come through even though it had been confirmed on scoffable so after 2 and a half hours and promising free ice cream and 10/10 food on the phone it still took another further hour for the food to be delivered, soup was cold, wrap and panini were soggy and no ice cream to be seen, to which the restaurant offered to send it tomorrow if i made another order!

Overall terrible experience, ordered food for collection to be ready for 11:40, waited in shop for 30 minutes, finally got the food at 12:20 only for it to be undercooked and pretty much stone cold, tried to make up for the service taking so long with a bland Nutella milkshake, Two words, WONT BE BACK!!!!

Didnt have the right drinks, told me there was no magic stars so they would give me 2 milky bars and I only got given 1 and the driver took ages to give me my food at the door. Also the milky bar was completely melted

Ordered at 6.41pm arrived at 8.35pm.Delivery time 40 minutes bought 2 tubs of ice cream that arrived in a melted mess couldn't even tell the flavours as it was all melted into one like a milkshake
