TIKA MASSLA SAUCE WASN'T NICE AT ALL LAMB WAS TOUGH ALSO

Had food from here a few times before even for Christmas. Didnt taste fresh more batter on the pakora than the mushroom and chicken. Garlic Nan was like cardboard. The two meals were as if the chicken has been reheated and dry. Not the best weve had from there. Think were gonna try somewhere else now.

50 mins late after waiting 1 hr 10 mins, pizza was solid & freezing and chips were soggy & lukewarm.

The delivery was later than the 40 minutes advised. The pizza was awful. Dry, overcooked and just tasted rotten. Ate 1/4 of it and the rest went in the bin. Very disappointing and a waste of £15.50.

Donner meat was literally inedible, all in small tiny flakey bits. Chips hard, best part of the meal was the cans of juice lol

Sorry to say that this was not good. Usually the food is first class but not this time sadlyThe curry tasted of vinegar and everything else was cold Such a shame

Wow!I order almost weekly from here and I've always been very supportive of a takeaway that really does produce great tasting authentic food.However, tonight, amongst other things, I ordered a king shashlik kebab and got exactly the same amount of filling as I usually get on the cheaper large option... On top of the ridiculously high delivery charges for a shop only 2 miles away they've just lost a long-term customer 😡

Used to love eating from here but last few times have been very bad has went down hill

Didnt get order, called after hour and a half and advised issue with scoffable and not to use that. Ended up going to collect. Didnt get £4.50 delivery charge back. Will not use again!!!

Ordered the meal for one, which is two poppadoms, spiced onions, vegetable pakora with sauce, one curry with rice and a nan bread. All for collection. When we got our order home, there was no spiced onions or pakora sauce! It felt too petty to phone up the shop for the missing items to be delivered and as the meal was warm, we couldn't face going back out. It is not the same eating poppadoms without the spiced onions and likewise eating the pakora without sauce. Sadly, our last order from Urban Tandoori had items missing that we had added to a larger order. That time we let it go and I didn't do a review, as after all mistakes happen, but as it has happened again, I can't let it go. The meal prices have gone up, understandably, but to be paying for missing items is not good. You look forward to eating the things you have paid for and the pleasant experience has changed. Lately the poppadoms seem to have been over cooked in the middle as they are darker in the centre and take on a different taste, but as this is a minor complaint, it wasn't worth writing a review on! The food and value for money has always been excellent and I hate leaving a bad review as places are struggling. But everyone is feeling the price increases, and paying for missing items does not help. First time I let it go, but as this is a very small order, how can it happen again? What are the checks? I will go back, but if this continues, I will have to go elsewhere.

We ordered three meals. Two chicken one lamb. All three sent were chicken. Pakora was also cold.

2hr delivery food had been in tubs to long and taste was bland edible but bland i will not be back

Cabbage in a kebab !!! 😒 Delivery was great was estimated an hour and got it in 40 mins 🙂
