When you pay these prices i expect hot chips! The chips I ordered was Cold ended up in the bin disgusting if I am honest. won't be using then again

The quality of food waa very disappointing. Valentes used to be really good but the last couple of times was very poor . I will look for somewhere else . Sad

Chips were cold , there wasn't as many anyway .... Not like we've had in the past , But disappointed as no condiments were on the fish n chips Mmmmm asked for loads sauce ... For 17.80 not including delivery fee It's been a while so getting a treat ... I shouldn't have bothered

When I ordered it it came with food missing the app took one thing off when I tried to reorder it it wouldn't let me order what I needed and when the first lot of food came it was cold so a waste of money on my part

Really disappointed with this meal, usually fab.Chips were clearly a mix of old batch (stone cold, plus some fresh ones but not fully cooked.Chicken not fully cooked and pink around the leg.

Food was delivered quckish. But was stone cold. Had a couple of chips but the cold fish and rest of chips went in the bin.

Sick of cold chips, dry fish, i dont care that you said you had just opened to scoffable, the chips were luke warm at best even though i stated please make them hot, the fish was well over cooked and mega dry, maybe because there was hardly any fish in the batter, that said the bites i had of the batter was nice.....when a customer asks for hot food its expected to come that way, the fish was hot but the chips were stinking, asked for refund which you have chose to not give, couldnt eat it as need water to swallow the fish, i shall be taking this to food standards agency, and yes i took pictures as this is not the 1st 2nd or 3rd time, and scoffable you need to do more
