Wasnt the usual standard Im used to from here the sausages just didnt taste right at all

Undercooked pizza and was mega greasy so were the portion of potato fritters,

Chips were luke warm and tasted like eating soggy potato not a nice experiance in your mouth so they went in the bin, fish was nice altho bottom was soggy and stuck to paper...for the money you pay for fish and chips you want it to be 10/10 this i would give 6/10 for fish but 1/10 for chips, you used to be a great chippy but now you dont care about good quality,

Really dont like leaving negative reviews anywhere and valentes uptill now has been perfect, this time our food was outside the scoffable time frame, and was lue warm. Will use valenes again hoping it was a one off

Food was really cold when it arrived and extremely greasy. Chips were like mush also. Dont think Ill be back.

Worst white pudding Ive ever attempted to eat

Boxes were wrong way making the sauce go everywhere with a mushed up pile of food in one side, proportion was small and got the wrong type of monster and gave me sugar free monster instead of a rockstar

The fish is so thin it feels like you're getting a mouthful of batter Ann's grease. Disgusting. Used to get nice juicy thick fish but not any more. Last 3 times it's been rubbish. Steak pie quality was crap too. You'd think with the prices raised the quality would be reflected. Massive disappointment.

Twenty five minutes after estimated time plus it was luke warm. Won't be back

Valentes is always usually the best chippy around but tonight was poor. The chips werent their usual standard and the popcorn chicken was awful, tiniest wee portion and fried to death. Terrible to look at, im surprised they sent them out.Gutted. :-/

I ordered a small fish when it came it wasnt even warm, it was like it was yesterdays leftovers, i wont be ordering from them again

Food took almost 2 hours to arrive, was pretty stale and the portions are small

Very greasy and ordered a chip roll I got a bag of chips instead not a call to say so

Ordered onion pizza supper, put in comments if no onion would accept mushroom as I know they usually do both. They sent plain cheese, not even a call to say they didnt have my order as I would've said not to bother and got something else. Terrible customer service to start with and it was vile anyway. Chips excessively greasy, pizza hard instead of fluffy and crispy, haggis pudding was also rotten, did not taste nice at all. Complete waste of money.
