Food arrived over an hour after ordering and it was freezing. Also some of my order was wrong, I asked for a single sausage and was given a white haggis!Will not be ordering again!

Experience wasnt so much bad as Poor.Homemade steak pie supper - poor quality meat , dry, undercooked pastry and a handful of chips? Very Disappointing.Smoked sausage was ok and the spicy chicken wings were good Have had many much better meals than this from here, but makes me question whether to go elsewhere next time.

Excessive amount of onion rings
The fish must have been on a diet as hardly any fish

Timescale was updated to 50 minutes (no problem with that) however it was then 30 minutes later than the updated time that we received the order. It was lukewarm, asked for lots of chippy sauce, only got a drizzle

Food could be cooked better and would be nice if there was an option to choose between cheese and tomato and cheese and onion fried pizza instead of assuming everybody wants cheese and onion

Only half the order delivered , delivery driver said bring rest in 10 minutes 30 mins later still not here , phoned shop they said they would send it but it never arrived

An hour and 15 mins for lukewarm food. Slightly disappointed as once upon time food was good out of here, now as an online customer I do not feel they take customer service serious. No didn’t contact about lukewarm food wasn’t prepared to waste my time as complaints are not taken serious. Won’t be ordering here again
