Food was cold and not happy would like a refund thank you

Usually excellent this time food cold haggis was uncooked chips were ok fish cakes cold too

Our food was look warm at best , very unusual because we are only a 3 minutes drive from the shop. Very disappointed

The food was inedible. Delivery guys always great. Won't be back and will recommend people to avoid.

I order nearly weekly and always enjoy my order, last night it arrived and I thought someone had already eaten half as the portion size so small, £5 for chips and cheese is already expensive so to get 15-20chips was disappointing. Feel totally ripped off. Thats me done ordering from here !

It was overcooked .

Waited nearly 2 hrs for luke warm food not good tonight sorry shop .83 mls away got told at 6pm its on its way 6.20 it arrived !!!

Sent wrong order waited that long I just eat it

Sick of asking for hot fresh food, chips were stinking fish was warmish and greasy wont be using again, really dropped off the radar where quality used to be A+ now more like F

Food would have tasted good however it was cold and I cant eat cold chips, also had to wait over 2 hours which was really disappointing

After buying many times, so disappointed, cold re-heated chips, fish greasy and did not smell fresh, just awful. Never again.

Pizza

Food arrived within the delivery timescale but when I opened my chicken fillet supper it only had 3 fillets in it which I think was very disappointing considering I paid £6.50 for it and overall almost £20 for the full order.

I ordered two kids meals and chicken pakora. The pakora was burnt to a crisp and not edible. The kids meals were cold. Most of it went in the bin.

Delivery in 45 minutes of 1 hour predicted which is not bad, however chips was cold and fish just warm. Didnt taste good , waste of money if you want hot dinner.

Cold fish and chips never good plus chips tasted like dinner times really has gone down hill total waste of money

I got a sausage supper, it wasn't hot, tge sausages were like rubber, definitely weren't fresh.
