Was borderline cold by the time it got here

It was terrible was over an hour which was fine but fish and chips were freezing cold soggy and stuck to the boxes didnt taste nice either not happy

Food was cold

Food provided was like it had been sitting for while and was hard and tasteless. Both smell and taste was of old oil used to cook. On this experience we will never be back and certainly will not recommend to my friends.

Food was barely warm which meant it was cold before finished.

didnt even ring door buzzer as i live in a flat so i didnt even know the delivery driver was outside didnt even call either

My food was left outside my door . I only knew it was there when a neighbour rang my door bell to let me know.

Sausages were tiny and all the food was soggy. Tiny portions yet very expensive wont be back will stick to my usuall chip shop

The curry sauce was all over the bag. The sausages were very small, and the pakora had a very weird taste. Wouldn't order from Valentes again.

Usually like this place like to stay loyal but been twice now getting half cooked chips and food not been up to usual standard even some family refuse food from here now hate wasting food but when its not cooked you dont have option no point complaining as last couple of times the person has becomes difficult and argumentative more hassle to even try sad but wont order again

1hr and 40 wit all time. annoying

The chipsteak was really hard and dry . The batter was solid as well . The chips were reasonable. Valentes are usually very good . Hopefully this is just a one off

Got delivery to be told by driver had forgotten my bottle of irn bru said would go back and collect it and redelivery so i decided to phone to make sure this happened i was told when i phone it would be sent out but never appeared so went to phome back to find out they where shut not good customer service

It was cold paid over the oddss for a 500ml of fanta 1.80.it was awful.

No salt, no vinegar, no sauce!

Food was luke warm also asked for a bottle of sauce as was paying cash and it wasnt on webpage but never got it. but was printed on receipt
