I live in Armadale and have tried many chip shops but by far Valente's is the best. The food always arrives on time, hot and delicious. I have been using Valente's for over 20 years and will continue to do so.

Ordered at 8:20pm and the food didn't arrive until approximately 11:30pm. My partner spoke to a lady in the store around 9:10 as we anticipated an hour and a half wait and were told the food was ready but they were waiting on the driver collecting it. He called again at 10:20 and was told the driver was on his way, he did not arrive until 11:30pm. We only live in the next town over and wanted honesty from the staff regarding expectations.

Ordered at 18;18 with a 1 hour and 20 min delivery time for it to arrive at 9! Also was told it was just coming at ten past 8. Never order again from here!!

Always good food

Chips were lovely, hot and flavoursome, my gmfqvourite around. Smoked sausage cooked great and was a whole one but wish it wasnt so expensive compared to some other items done in batter as its the only thing I can eat. £6 for a supper is pretty steep when breadcrumbed fish is only £1 more for two massive pieces and other stores are cheaper locally. Made my delivery £9.10 for one person.
