Order was over an hour late and no sauce as requested, asked for extra and received none! Fish was undercooked. Shame as I was a loyal customer but wont be back

The food was really greasy. The chips and curry sauce had gone on its side and the curry sauce was all over everything else and hardly any left with the chips. Definitely think they need a different container for this as its not the first time its happened.

Food took an hr to arrive but wasnt disappointed with the food. Everyone was happy and well fed

Usually order out here all the time and the food is great. Last night we ordered and by the time it came 1 hour and 50 mins later it was cold so we asked the driver to take it back and he said " don't tell me phone the shop" extremely rude and zero customer service top driver!! Then we waited a further 40 mins for a replacement and it was "warmish" but it was horrid just tasted like grease even my 5 year old who would literally eat mud and be happy never touched it says it all really.

my partner is complaining about no having sauce on his single fish . ieally enjoyed mine with the mushy peas but the oinion rings were sligjtly oily
