Meal was missing an item, called to let them know. Was told we would get a replacement but it never arrived.

Food always good, tasty and hot. But I requestdd sauce, it came without. Portion size good.

When ordering in comments asked for salt and sauce, Wasnt put on. Took 1 hour 40 minutes for delivery and when it eventually got to me it was cold. Wont be ordering again.

Order was over an hour late and no sauce as requested, asked for extra and received none! Fish was undercooked. Shame as I was a loyal customer but wont be back

The food was really greasy. The chips and curry sauce had gone on its side and the curry sauce was all over everything else and hardly any left with the chips. Definitely think they need a different container for this as its not the first time its happened.

Fish and chips were excellent.
