Chips were soggy reheats haggis was same but over cooked and just horrible really disappointed

2 hour waiting time food came cold

Ordered at 8:20pm and the food didn't arrive until approximately 11:30pm. My partner spoke to a lady in the store around 9:10 as we anticipated an hour and a half wait and were told the food was ready but they were waiting on the driver collecting it. He called again at 10:20 and was told the driver was on his way, he did not arrive until 11:30pm. We only live in the next town over and wanted honesty from the staff regarding expectations.

Meal was missing an item, called to let them know. Was told we would get a replacement but it never arrived.

Order was over an hour late and no sauce as requested, asked for extra and received none! Fish was undercooked. Shame as I was a loyal customer but wont be back

The food was really greasy. The chips and curry sauce had gone on its side and the curry sauce was all over everything else and hardly any left with the chips. Definitely think they need a different container for this as its not the first time its happened.

Usually order out here all the time and the food is great. Last night we ordered and by the time it came 1 hour and 50 mins later it was cold so we asked the driver to take it back and he said " don't tell me phone the shop" extremely rude and zero customer service top driver!! Then we waited a further 40 mins for a replacement and it was "warmish" but it was horrid just tasted like grease even my 5 year old who would literally eat mud and be happy never touched it says it all really.

Delivery is an utter disgrace three hours plus to deliver Won't be using shop again

The estimated wait time was an hour and ten minutes, even though the food arrived on that time it was lacking.They know how much to charge as a single smoked sausage is five pound and if you order a cheese in burger you only get one instead of the usual two.

Fish was very good but chips were lukewarm and looked like the scraping of the fryer.
