1.5 hour wait with no warning. No apology when I called. No apology when delivered. Oh, and forgot our juice!!

Our meal was 1 hour 10 minutes for delivery then cold

Food arrived over an hour after ordering and it was freezing. Also some of my order was wrong, I asked for a single sausage and was given a white haggis!Will not be ordering again!

The chips was cold, and the fish was dry

Food was under cooked and full of grease.

I order regularly from Valente's and am always happy with the service and the food. I would recommend them.

Experience wasnt so much bad as Poor.Homemade steak pie supper - poor quality meat , dry, undercooked pastry and a handful of chips? Very Disappointing.Smoked sausage was ok and the spicy chicken wings were good Have had many much better meals than this from here, but makes me question whether to go elsewhere next time.
