Ordered fish and chips. Both tasted as if they had been reheated. Soggy and not crisp. Had asked for lots of sauce and there was barely any in the box. Really disappointed

normally have a great service but last nights order 18/8/20 was terrible...reheated chips thats where horrible ...half the portion of fritters where hard in middle ..and pizza was too greazy...it all went in bucket..didnt bother calling and complaining because like i said our orders are usually great

After ordering i received an email advising 1hr 20min wait time. I would never have ordered if i knew this prior. Delivery came 1hr 20mins later missing a bag of chips which was to accompany my husband n myselfs haggis. Called valentes who advised this would be sent straight out. 35mins later they arrived. Had to heat haggis in micro. Kids chips were not same quality as usual. All in all 2hrs for a chippy is not good! I'm very disappointed and we are very loyal customers who order more than we should do. I will be avoiding valentes for a while now.

My fish was cold over cooked as the bread crumbs were hard as nails it felt like it had been sitting for a wile very disappointing for £13 u expected it to be at the least warm my fizzy juice was warmer than my food

We love Valentes but food ordered online arrived 30 mins later ( excellent) but was cold and disappointing. Ordered for my in laws two weeks ago and theirs was same. Need to improve delivery as we know the food is normally excellent.

My food was cold when i got delivered.

Driver never handed over the 2 juice cans I paid £3.00 for, and food was stone cold. Absolute joke.

2 hrs to arrive stone cold never again

The delivery took two hours to arrive, after being told it would take 1 hour and 10 minutes. The food was also not the best, will not returnZ

Took 1 hour and forty minutes to arrive and I then had to heat it in the microwave. My roll I had ordered and paid for was on the receipt but NOT with my order. Very disappointed. Normally my favourite chippy. Ordered from them last week and never had an issue

Food is good but ordered at 5.35 for 6.30 but didnt arrive until 7.25 and only 75% was correct, had to wait until 8.20 for correction, will not order again.

1hr 40min for delivery! Is disgusting this should be advised before taking your money!

Cold and fish and fritters were soggy this is the third time now, so wont be coming back

Food was like warm and couldnt eat the fish for the amount of large bones in it

Delivery was quicker than estimated so that was good. However, I had ordered a pizza supper and was only given a single so missing chips. It was too late at night to rectify it really. Shame.

The fish did not taste good, though the chips were nice
