Ordered box 5 with rice, then chose to add chips as an extra (was charged more for this) for it to come with only chips. Apparently when adding chips as an extra it cancels out the option of rice that I originally chose, which doesnt make sense when they have the option of box 5 with chips anyways. No offer to rectify their mistake. Chicken noodle soup was near tasteless also. Very disappointing.

Absolutely gutted as it was my first time trying this Chinese out. I went to plate the food up and as I started emptying the curry onty my plate there was a hair through the sauce which led to me putting the full curry straight into the bin? I would like to request a refund

By far the greasiest pancake rolls ive ever encountered.. Mixedmeatcurry was just a jellified mess and salt n chillie chips failed to live up to there billing....overall score 3/10...

Chips were soggy and the curry not greatarrived suspiciously quickly for supposedly fresh food😕

The worst meal I have had in a long time. Chicken fried rice consisted of a layer of rice and then oyster sauce and previous frozen substitute chicken strips on top. It was so bad my husband called to complain and he never complains and he was told that the business was new and he would have to claim a refund from Scoffable. My husband ended up bagging the food back up and taking it back to them !

We've used this Chinese for years and tonight's was so disappointing, the hubby's mini spring rolls were soggy, our crispy chicken in Peking sauce wasn't nice, the chicken wasn't crispy and the sauce was very thick, we also got crispy chicken in honey chilli sauce and this was not like it usually is, hopefully just a bad night and will be bk to it's fab ways soon.

One of the worst take a ways Ive had in a while the curry sauce was absolutely vile the rice was hard and the soup and spring rolls were okay but the chicken curry and rice was disgusting sorry to say

Curry sauce was far too salty

For some reason the salt n chilli chicken smelled and tasted like fish, most likely due to oil not being changed or being cooked with prawns. Curry sauce wasnt particularly nice either, theres for sure a reduction in quality since our last order

The salt and chilli chicken didnt taste very nice. The chicken balls were over done and for spending over 30 pound I was expecting a portion of prawn crackers but didn't receive any. Don't think we'll order again

Absolutely disgusting! I think the chef must have mistaken salt for sugar, everything was so sweet. Chicken curry - sweet, couldnt even get half way through before binning it (I never bin leftover Chinese!). Salt and pepper chicken & salt and pepper chips - sweet, also looks like they had a syrupy glaze. Peking sauce - too sweet, no spice. Prawn toast - wasnt sweet but could barely get our teeth through it, it was that hard (also came in whole slices which is unusual, guess they couldnt be bothered to cut it up). Satay sauce - watery and barely had any flavour. What a waste of almost £40 and the excitement of treating ourselves to a Chinese takeaway!

Chips were not fresh - old and dry. Phoned and asked for fresh and ended up with a small bag of the same . Wont be using again

Not the best this time , Munchie box was too salty , and chicken curry was watery

Chicken balls were more batter than chicken and were not enjoyed as batter was hard and crisp.
