Burnt Prawn Toast and The Won Tons weren't even Won Tons. It was just sheer batter,crispy and inedible.

Both me and my wife and our daughter are all ill with constantly being sick since eating from here earlier

Chicken wasnt cooked properly

Ordered my food for 7pm so it would be in time for me getting home from work, tried to deliver it at 5.40, my partner sent it back! 7.20 I phoned to see where my delivery was to be told the driver was running late and my order was sitting waiting for him, was eventually delivered at 8pm cold! Basically been sitting for 40 minutes before it was delivered! Thankfully it was just a chicken chow mein and ribs that can be heated up ! This is my to go to place for salt n pepper chips in batter Thankfully I never ordered them tonight but will give them the benefit of the doubt that it's just a bad night and not throwing their dummy out the pram because the 1st order was sent back because I wasn't in to receive the order and they were just being horrible!

Food was horrible ended up in the bin

Had to return this. Waiting on refund food was absolutely awful 40 odd pound for a completely disgusting meal. Meat full of fat, chicken balls full of grease and prawns undercooked. All three dishes tasted of stale grease. Very difficult to negotiate refund which still hasnt been confirmed just their word for it. Was hoping for a nice meal and was shocked at the quality of the food and customer service. I hate people moaning pointlessly but honestly please dont waste your money

Used to be good, but was cold and soggy except the items that were burnt. Wont be back.

We have used this take away for some time but the service as well as the food tonight was extremely disappointing. Not the same standard as usual and for the cost, we were missing one of the meals, explained to what it should look like as if we were idiots rather than accepting they missed a main dish from the order - we have always recommended this Chinese but the standards of food have changed recently, once or twice can accept but its became consistent in recent months. Wont be using them again

The onions in the curry were raw, it looked like the chicken and onions were already in the container and the sauce just poured over it.

Burnt chowmien and pineapple chicken instead of orange when contacted told me they put pineapple in with the orange which didn't taste of orange just pineapple?

Chips under cooked chicken ball were sooo greasy and rice was very mushy never had any issues is past order very disappointed

We used to get our weekly takeaway here as the food was amazing. Hadnt been in a while been off the takeaways but thought why not we deserve a treat. Get our usual and every element was different some was edible some not and no where near the quality it used to be. Looks like i wont be ordering again.

Ordered box 5 with rice, then chose to add chips as an extra (was charged more for this) for it to come with only chips. Apparently when adding chips as an extra it cancels out the option of rice that I originally chose, which doesnt make sense when they have the option of box 5 with chips anyways. No offer to rectify their mistake. Chicken noodle soup was near tasteless also. Very disappointing.

Absolutely gutted as it was my first time trying this Chinese out. I went to plate the food up and as I started emptying the curry onty my plate there was a hair through the sauce which led to me putting the full curry straight into the bin? I would like to request a refund

By far the greasiest pancake rolls ive ever encountered.. Mixedmeatcurry was just a jellified mess and salt n chillie chips failed to live up to there billing....overall score 3/10...

Chips were soggy and the curry not greatarrived suspiciously quickly for supposedly fresh food😕
