Food arrived two hours after ordering. The food was cold, and inedible. Really poor. Would never use them again.

A pure unacceptable soggy mess that was supposed to be a steak pie supper. The pie had bits missing, and was broken into three bits. The chips were of various sizes, and both the pie and the chips were reheated to the Nth degree, and dark brown. My first and last purchase in a long time, from a chip shop, that used to be great back in the day.!!!!PS..... it even came in a RE-USED paper bag. Unhygienic to say the least.

Ordered a large portion of chips and cheese and would of been as well just buying a regular portion of chips and grating cheese on at home as there was genuinely 3 chips with cheese on it and the rest without

Hi I received my order and my pizza had chicken and onions when I ordered a glacial cheese pizza ot was cold also the munchie box so I was woundering if I could get a refund or some sort

Took too long... was cold .. chips were mostly wee scraps .. usually ok but, this was poor

Ordered a peppeeoni pizza and asked for pineapple on it, didnt have pineapple at all, hardly any pepperoni, thick layer of cheese. Pasta dish was very bland, no taste at all. Not the first time we have had an issue in the last 3 weeks, always something missing or oder over cooked.

Aldos is normally really good but the last 2 times we have ordered we have been far from impressed The last time we ordered a quarter pounder burger and the bun was near black so was on grill way to long Tonight i got a chicken bacon burger meal with chips barely any chips 1 small peice of stringy bacon and the chicken burger was black on the edges We also ordered a donner kabab and the salad was missing but we asked for it separate and the meat was dripping in grease so only about half was eating

Burnt rolls for the cheese burger and big eater with donner meat, no sauce on one set of chip's and hardly any on the other portion. Loads of cheese on the pizza which made it difficult to eat and became sickly after 3 slices.

ordered a burger with donner meat on it and no salad when i recieved order there was salad so i removed it but wasnt till after i was nearly finished the burger that i relised i jad recieved no donner meat on the burgwer at all couldnt phone as i nearly finished it shop need to pay more attention to what people order given they pay for it

Never usually have a problem and always usually good but tonight the pizza I had the donnor meat was burnt the base wasnt thin and crispy like I asked for and the sauces tasted very chemically. Never usually like this but tonight it was. And I felt like the lady on the phone had a rotten attitude with me when I called and asked about my pizza base. As I say its the first problem Ive ever had

2hrs delivery time, unacceptable,if shop is that busy because of the other local shop being closed then hire more drivers, telling customers it's a 1hr wait time ,when it's actually 2hrs,not good.up your game aldo,can't wait for bravo to reopen

We ordered pasta which was watery, the sauce had no seasoning so it was just tomato sauce. Also the pasta had cheese on it which it does not say it comes with, so my partner who cant eat cheese had fun with that. Whenever you explicitly ask for it without cheese, you get told it doesnt come with it, but when you dont ask, it comes with it! Make your mind up.Also one of the pastas was supposed to come with a side of chips, as it states choose garlic bread or chipsI didnt pick the garlic bread because usually its burnt.
