Food was cold when it arrived

I ordered a fish supper tonight and didnt get the chips and was charged for them.

Pizza was tasteless sadly and the wife got the sticky toffee which was just sponge

When the food arrived it was warm at best, takeaway food should be delivered hot. It's been fine in the past, so hopefully it is just a one off.

Fantastic service during such a difficult time! Food was hot and tasty and sticking to government guidelines the delivery driver left the food outside the door and waited till we answered. Perfect 👌

Got order wrong and had to wait over a hour for them to bring the wrong order to wait another hour to bring the new one

Took 90 minutes to arrive and the 2 pizzas were so badly burnt as to be barely edible, half of one of them had to be thrown in the bin. The quality of Aldos has always been all over the place but after this order I won't be taking the risk again
