Fish was awful and soggy

Normally really good, tonight Calzone had more cheese than donner meat and was really greasy, couldnt eat it.

i dont usually have problems from here but i will no be eating out it again as both me and my partner are not well after eating out this takeaway

Waited over 2hours and 20 minutes for my order when i phoned twice to complain was told on it's way i had to phone again when it didn't arrive they then told me driver couldn't find my address so took the food back to the shop then i got told they would make me a fresh one ,It obviously wasn't fresh as it was stone cold ,i had all but given up by now so i put it in my microwave and it was disgusting, i personaly think they just reheated the original one ,absolutely fed up i used to really like this chip shop but after this i certainly won't use them again.

Pizza was strange the topping was on top of a cheese pizza, normally the donner meat would cut and cooked with the pizza under the cheese, the baked potato was still raw in the middle and the Macaroni cheese was very thick and tasted floury. All in all very disappointing all the food went in the bin.

Food was cold after a 2and a half hour wait and no apology. Will not be ordering again. I expected to wait longer than the specified hour but not 2 and a half with no apology.

Chicken nuggets cold and rubber

Over an hour late, food extremely poor to the fact I just put in the bin. Used to be guaranteed a great meal now last 3 times have been terrible

Food quality poor, way overcooked chips and battered sausage soaked in grease! and i never received the correct bottle of juice I paid for. No one came back to rectify the issue

Cold took 2. And a half hours to come

Got a sausage supper just too greasy all round, the sausage was floppy with soggy batter falling off just not enjoyable.. I think the polystyrene box doesn't help ooh and i got the wrong type of juice aswell

Took 75mins for a fish supper and when it arrived the order was wrong, which, to their credit, they sorted, but it took another 40mins. The fish was good, nice & hot, but the chips were awful, stodgy and look warm.Its a shame because if the chips had been as fresh as the fish and the first order had been correct, it would have been an excellent meal.Perhaps next time.

I am so disappointed as normally I can give a great review but this time I cant. I had ordered chips, burger, onion rings and fritters. It was thrown in the bin as the only thing edible was the burger but was disappointed in that as well. The onion rings looked as if they had been cooked the day before and then reheated, the batter was brick hard but had a very pale weak looking colour to them. The fritters were the same in fact one was all mashed up when i opened the box. The chips again looked and tasted as if they had been cooked days before then reheated. Normally I enjoy anything I have got from this shop but will not purchase anything from them again. I have not complained to the shop, maybe I should have but so disappointed about the quality

The order was delivered 30 mins late. This is to be expected at this time of year, however chips were cold & undercooked and most worryingly sasusages (x4) were all undercooked as well.

Order was two hours late phoned the shop and they said driver had lost my order! Sent another order out 40 mins later then at 10.30 another driver chaps the door with another order, not got a clue!!

Waited 3hours for our food at this moment still notgot it

Cold when arrived and not enjoyable at all which isnt normally the case. Hopefully a one off

The chips were definitely refried, the burger tasted bland and not fresh, not to mention food was cold when arrived. Never again.
