Very poor. Thought wed give this chippy a try after a few previous poor takeaways from there in the past. Ordered the spaghetti bolognaise with smoked sausage (paid for extra as a topping) , they never put the smoked sausage in .. then they forgot the cans of juice we ordered and when I called them they brought the wrong can of juice.. also got a side of chips which were barely cooked. will not be back.

Unfortunately our takeaway was really bad, the pizza was solid and you couldnt chew it, my partners hamburger wasnt cooked for long enough and my curry sauce was missing from the order. They did send a curry sauce for delivery but by that time it was too late. Its a place we have always used but unfortunately our last couple of visits have been bad. Will unfortunately not use again. Tried seeking a refund but no luck.

Fish smelled and tasted horrible also ordered a supper but no chips came with it

specifically asked for no jalepenos due to allergy and it was sent full of them and then couldnt get thru to the shop on phone so ended up in the bin and its not the first time they havent read the full order

Got an order last night sent full wrong order try call 5 times and contact them on the app no answer full order got put in the bin as it was more grease than food. When your website says youre still open maybe should answer the phone until all orders are filled.

mozzarella sticks were nice garlic bread was more burnt than cooked went in bin

Got wrong food and was cold

mushroom batter was solid. and the brisket was mince on a roll it wasn't a sandwich and certainly not brisket

Shesh kebab was like wee bits of burnt meat was not nice fish n chips ok but chips were stuck to csrdboard and there was a dead fly on the wrapping paper coukdnt eat it

Only half my order came and when I tried to call them it went to a voicemail. 3 hrs later and still waiting for them to get back to me. Poor service

Three hours since I placed the order and I still don't have it. Called to query and was told someone would call me back. Nobody has.

Scoffable sorted my issue. No response from the takeaway and i like it but would never recommend it to anyone after my experience tonigh or order again. Scoffable should be more thanks for all there hard work. And helping small busy like Ali's. No respect anymore

Meal took nearly 2 hours to arrive driver was rushing and never gave me the £1.10 change due, meal was not the usual quality from Ali's, burger was dry,lamb shish was chewy,and the onions had a weird disgusting meat taste to them

Sent wrong order, got a phone call after about 15 minutes, asking if the could come and collect, however yet we had disposed of the order and gotten something else. No mention of refunding.

The potato was really nice and I will buy again but I wont add any extra toppings as they are a total ripoff! £1.90 for two small slices of tomato, and the others were no better value for money.The food is first class, but buy your own toppings and save a small fortune.Id like to hear the takeaways response as to why they think that customers will put up with this!!!

My husband's chicken was extremely pink unfortunately. My pasta was lovely though.
