Rsgular with alis however this order waited over 2 and a half hours called and said i would come collect after 2 hours was told couldbt as driver was already on his way to me. Over half hour later turns up and all food is stone cold.

Potato fritters were dry and hard as if they had been lying for a while. Not much potato either.

Items requested were not delivered

Whilst the food arrived quickly it was poor quality. The pizza was greasy with solidified cheese and barely warm. The chips were piping hot but tasted very strongly of the oil they wereCooked in. No hint of the vinegar I asked for. Alis was always my fail safe go to takeaway, after tonight its unlikely I will be back

Incorrect juice delivered. Calzone a bit heavy

We delivered a pitta instead of a nan with my king kebab. Chips were soggy. Was not enjoyable.

Ordered a kids meal ended up with a wrapped up half pizza supper.phoned and they said they would send a kids meal and take the pizza supper ..they phoned back.2 mins later saying they haven't got any kids boxes or stuff That goes with a kids meal .so now have an upset 5 year old .if there is no kids meals they should say so,not send what they want and tell you tuff when you call.

Food was cold, was not the nicest

Waited and hour and a half and there was no sauces with the meal, food was very dry, you cant eat pakoras without sauces, even when I paid for extra sauce tubs! Kabab meat was very under cooked! Wont be back.

They forgot the garlic sauce, which is the best bit of chips, kebab meat and garlic sauce

Was cold when delivered. Tasted awful, like chewing cardboard. The worst chippy I've ever tasted. Never be back to Alis whitburn

Well was bad as askrd for no sauce and was covered in brown sauce as my taste buds are gone only get salt so only ate couple mouthful and was left starving and disappointed so wasn't nice had there been no sauce it probably been lovely thanks

Chicken kebab was awful. Chicken was bad quality and looked like it was fried in a deep fryer. Cheap quality cuts of meat. It went in the bin.The pizzas are nice though and great quality and donnor meat kebabs are good. Fish and chips are good. Would just never order a chicken kebab from here again. Waste of money and disappointing.

Great delivery, chips not cooked in general very soggy and greasy.

Waited over my delivery time food was horrible and the delivery driver was cheeky and they forgot my bottle of water

Batter was brick hard and hardly any sauce

Waited over 2 hours fir food to be delivered, phoned after an hour and a half and was told it was with the driver, but atill had to wait over 30 minutes after that, food was cold when it finally arrived

Arrived fast but food was not good , went into bin
