Order arrived late freezing cold sent back for the next order sent out to be completely wrong wasnt bothering sending food back a second time just binned it

Asked for less cheese inside calzone, was swimming in far too much unmelted cheese.

The kebab was absolutely disgusting fun y taste and full of fat went straight in the bin

Burger came with out salad or relish as requested chips were under cooked and my sweets and juice were left in shop however the driver did return with them feel the meal was rushed

Food was stone cold 1:45 for it to come from Whitburn to Armadale

Havent received my order and its been 3 hours

Took 2 hours to deliver when i was told 1hr 10mins, never had my 2 bottles of juice driver said hed bring it later and never showed up and the stuff was cold so im now 6 quid out of pocket

Waited over 2hrs for a delivery. I called up after an hour and a half to be told the food had already been delivered. I explained to the woman on the phone this was wrong as we hadnt received our food yet. The woman paused for a minute and sounded confused on the phone and said it must be on its way. 45 mins later it arrived freezing cold like it had been sitting for ages and the kebab meat was dry. I understand it was a busy Friday night but not to not apologise and still deliver cold food is bad customer service in my opinion I wont be back.

The food tasted good, but was not very warm when it arrived, and I was cut off when they rang me about my order because I could not add an option on the app.

Was told delivery would be st 8.30, did not arrive until 9.30.

Dont get me wrong but they got lovely staff but.1. They forgot my cod and needed to wait another 20-30min after they arrived the first time.2. Got a kabab and asked for no salad and got salad with it.3 didnt get salt and vinegar on my cod, sausage and chips

Over 2&1/2hr wait for delivery, food was cold, and greasy. Never ordering from here again

After waiting 2 hours and 40 minutes ( scoffable advised it was estimated at 1 hour) the food arrived cold. Had to reheat it in microwave which made the chips/ fries taste awful. I understand Alis was busy with lack of drivers but Scoffable shouldnt quote 1 hour then it was double the waiting time. Not happy with service or the quality the food arrived in.

Most of the chips were hard/under cooked. Hamburger supper was very greasy, lots of oil in bottom of carton, batter was soggy/under cooked. Very disappointed as Alis is one our favourite takeaways in the area.

Food was frozen and hard, looked like it had been flung together! Phoned shop for replacement of both meals only replaced once then 3rd time lucky got the other one

Horrible. Chicken wings was not cooked properly. Burger was dry.

Food was 1.8 hours late, it was stone cold. Will not be ordering again, you wont be in business for long.

Macaroni cheese wasnt cheesey at all,didnt even taste of cheese

Plentiful food but foreign item copper ring inside mine put my Wife off her meal.

The food was terrible. Firstly the food was stone cold. Donner meat tasted like soggy cardboard. The PLAIN burger had cheese on it. The chips were raw (I didnt know you could have raw chips) and the pizza looked as if it was thrown together in the box. Overall the worst takeaway I have ever orderd. I wouldn't recommend this "takeaway" even if you are starving.

The food was cold, stail and tasted like rubber thats twice we have had to complain we spent close to £20 pound and waited 1 hour for food the hour wait is worth it if the food wasnt left cooked for an hour.Please DONT re send food as were not home and we dont want any food.We would prefer a refund. If anything

Very rude customer service. Food was really bad like Im still shocked at how bad this was. Rock solid. Dripping in grease. Grizzle and hard bone like material through chicken kebab. Ordered online because when iv came in to the shop with a friend iv felt uncomfortable with the male staff not just one but around 70% of them staring the full time I was in the shop. Whitburn didnt need another sleazy takeaway!
