Ordered a few times, delivered and collection. They dont care about orders, they deliver the wrong thing jt say that as long as you havent eaten it then they will exchange it, first time I waited 1hour and 15 after the wrong item delivered, I am literally 5 mins drive from the shop! They also make out you are scamming them, gave it too many chances now, very disgusting service.

I ordered a fish supper fish wasn't fresh cooked dry and poor ordered a cheese and onion fried pizza cut into 4 for crispyness in the note plain cheese not cut arrives kids nuggets must have been ok they ate them but if the local takeaways don't start correcting there mistakes I won't be using them or scoffable it's a £20 meal wasted

2 and a half hours for delivery wasted £26 for soggy cold food. Wont be back

Yuck pakora was hard chips soggy . Was recommended by my son but Ive tried and will never go back . -2 stars . Absolutely disgusting

Phoned at 1830. Estimated delivery time. 1930. Phoned at 2030 to be told delivery had been given to wrong address. To their credit shop kept me informed of my lack of dinner at regular intervals. Finally arrived at 2120. Was piping hot which surprised us all. First time anything like this has happened with vendor so benefit of doubt THIS time. ......2/10 from me.

The meal was horrible wont be buying again from there

1. The salad was too wet.2. Donor meat was greasy.3. Nan bread was soaked due to wet salad.

Foods delicious as always delivery times are a joke. 2 hrs 30 mins I ordered dinner and got delivered supper by the time it came.

Was cold, the batter on the fish wasn't properly cooked. This will be my last visit

Order arrived late freezing cold sent back for the next order sent out to be completely wrong wasnt bothering sending food back a second time just binned it

Asked for less cheese inside calzone, was swimming in far too much unmelted cheese.

The kebab was absolutely disgusting fun y taste and full of fat went straight in the bin

Burger came with out salad or relish as requested chips were under cooked and my sweets and juice were left in shop however the driver did return with them feel the meal was rushed

Food was stone cold 1:45 for it to come from Whitburn to Armadale

Havent received my order and its been 3 hours

Took 2 hours to deliver when i was told 1hr 10mins, never had my 2 bottles of juice driver said hed bring it later and never showed up and the stuff was cold so im now 6 quid out of pocket

Waited over 2hrs for a delivery. I called up after an hour and a half to be told the food had already been delivered. I explained to the woman on the phone this was wrong as we hadnt received our food yet. The woman paused for a minute and sounded confused on the phone and said it must be on its way. 45 mins later it arrived freezing cold like it had been sitting for ages and the kebab meat was dry. I understand it was a busy Friday night but not to not apologise and still deliver cold food is bad customer service in my opinion I wont be back.

The food tasted good, but was not very warm when it arrived, and I was cut off when they rang me about my order because I could not add an option on the app.

Was told delivery would be st 8.30, did not arrive until 9.30.

Dont get me wrong but they got lovely staff but.1. They forgot my cod and needed to wait another 20-30min after they arrived the first time.2. Got a kabab and asked for no salad and got salad with it.3 didnt get salt and vinegar on my cod, sausage and chips
